Customer service and misleading listing
VRBO lists the property as having a washing machine. Upon arrival, no washing machine so we reached out to the property manager who was not very helpful. At first I'm told I'm mistaken in that it was a dishwasher. When I sent her a screenshot of the listing clearly listing the washing...crickets ( over 4 hrs before a reply) in which she blames VRBO for not updating the listing and then the next day sends me a link to the same property listing on other sites and tells me that is the updated listing. At the end of the day, it does not matter who's mistake it was, the issue was that nothing was being done to help the situation. We under packed thinking we will be doing laundry when we go to porto but that all fell apart.
1. ask them send a picture of the back courtyard ( it will give you nightmare )
2. bathroom has mold and the cabinets are falling apart.
3. razor thin walls from the floor updastairs ( better hope a quiet group is staying upstairs )
4. asked for laundry services ( because of the misleading lsiting ) and was told by the person to google the area for laundry services.
Overall - a great area but a horrible place to stay and the non existent customer service. Read all the reviews, it will give you a good amount of information before you ruin your stay in beautiful Porto
