The kitchenette is functional and perfect for preparing your lighter daily meals. In addition to crockery and basic utensils, it is equipped with a microwave, kettle and toaster, essential to help you throughout your day.

The studio entrance leads directly to a charming shared patio — the ideal spot to get some fresh air before starting your day of sightseeing.

The bathroom has all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

The energy of this neighbourhood is serene, family-friendly and welcoming, ideal for those seeking a quiet and safe retreat after an intense day of exploration. Just a short distance away, you will find Quinta do Covelo, a beautiful eight-hectare wooded park perfect for morning walks, exercise or a relaxing moment in nature. Surrounded by local cafés, traditional bakeries, supermarkets and small shops, you will have the opportunity to live city life like a true local.

Its strategic position allows you to enjoy all the magic of Porto's city centre in just a matter of minutes! With an excellent bus network at your doorstep and the Marquês or Salgueiros metro stations nearby, a short journey separates you from the bustling streets of the Baixa. You will quickly find yourself strolling along the imposing Avenida dos Aliados, exploring the famous Galerias de Paris, climbing the iconic Torre dos Clérigos or heading down to the lively Praça da Ribeira to enjoy a Port wine with views over the Douro river and the Dom Luís I Bridge.

Beyond experiencing the essence of the 'Invicta City', this location is a base of excellence for those wishing to explore the greatest tourist gems of the Northern region. Quick and easy access to the main road links (VCI and motorways) allows you to plan unforgettable getaways: in just a few minutes, you can reach the vast beaches and famous fish and seafood restaurants of Matosinhos. The area is well served by public transport. There are several bus lines nearby with connections to Porto city centre and the Baixa. The nearest metro station is Combatentes or IPO (Yellow Line), approximately 10 to 15 minutes on foot.

By car, Porto city centre is just 10 to 15 minutes away. We recommend using Uber or Bolt for getting around the city. Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (OPO) is approximately 20 to 25 minutes away by car.

Before your check-in, we will send you all the necessary information about the check-in process.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
