On the day of check-in, you will be personally welcomed for a property tour and key handover. You will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00).

We provide toiletries for first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bag. Please let us know if you need additional cleaning or extra bed linen, which we will provide at an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property, including all smoking products and devices. Should our team find evidence of non-compliance with this rule (e.g.: smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200.
For stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.
