Accommodating up to 4 guests, the apartment is just minutes from Porto's main attractions, such as Livraria Lello, Torre dos Clérigos, Galerias de Paris, and the city's best cafes, restaurants, and cultural spaces. Despite its central location, the environment maintains a feeling of comfort and serenity, ideal for resting after a day of exploration.



The open-plan bedroom was designed to offer flexibility and comfort, featuring a double bed and two single beds that can be converted into a second double bed.



The full bathroom includes a bathtub, perfect for relaxing moments. The fully equipped kitchenette offers everything you need for a practical and comfortable stay, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and washing machine.



More than just accommodation, this is a space designed for you to experience Porto in an authentic, comfortable, and memorable way.



Important Information:



- The property has a zero-tolerance policy for smokers. A minimum fine of €200 may be applied for violations.



- For stays longer than 30 nights, a responsible consumption policy applies, up to a limit of €80.



- A welcome kit with essential items for the first day of your stay is provided.



- For stays of 7 nights or more, we offer extra towels free of charge.



- For stays of 10 nights or more, we offer free interim cleaning, linen and towel replacement, and replenishment of amenities.



- Additional services such as extra cleaning, extra linen, or extra keys can be requested subject to availability and additional cost.



- Checkout must be done by 11:00 AM. Late checkouts without prior authorization may incur additional costs.



- All guests must complete the mandatory registration form required by Portuguese law.



Important: Please note that the house will be prepared according to the number of guests registered in the reservation. The standard configuration for 2 guests includes 1 double bed.



If you wish to use separate beds (sofa bed), please inform us in advance so that we can prepare the house accordingly.



The use of extra bed linen incurs an additional fee of 15.00€, payable on site.
