  • Luxury beachfront apartment with two bedrooms including a suite and a third bedroom with sofa bed.

    This floor is located on Lavadores beach with a balcony facing the beach. Lavadores beach is well known in northern Portugal. It is known to have therapeutic powers due to the high iodine content.

    This floor is fully equipped for two couples or for a couple with children, bed linen and towels are provided and WIFI internet is available in the house. Cable TV is also provided with more than 150 channels at your disposal.

    Apartment with excellent location in front of the beach with 15 km of beach available for walking. Very quiet place but with several restaurants; cafes / terraces; pastries and various types of shops within walking distance.

    City tax in Vila Nova de Gaia takes effect in December 2018. The city tax is instituted with a unit value of 1 euro, between 1 October to 31 March and 2 euros, from 1 April to 30 September, to be charged to guests aged 16 and over, and per night, up to a maximum of seven nights in a row.

Superb apartment, great location

We loved staying here. It was clean, comfortable and although a distance from Porto, it was easy enough to take Taxis or Uber.

Perfect stay!

Very clean and fully equipped apartment. We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment has a beautiful location directly at Lavadores beach and we enjoyed amazing sunsets at the balcony. Hugo was also a perfect host.

Great accommodation with a wonderful sunset view !!

Lovely place, lovely quiet area, and a very helpful host. Great place to stay if you want a mix of beach time but also quick and easy access to the city to explore what Porto has to offer. Such a beautiful city. Really loved the seafood in the Afurada area of Vila Nova de Gaia too :)

Wir waren eine Gruppe von drei Erwachsenen, zum vierten Mal in der Wohnung in Vila Nova de Gaia am Meer. Große Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Wir hatten hier eine schöne und erholsame Zeit. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine gute Lage. Mit dem Bolt/Uber kann man in kurzer Zeit das Zentrum des Portwein und Porto gut erreichen. Von dem kleinen Balkon kann man an den Sonnenuntergang beobachte.

Lovely apartment with view

Lovely spacious apartment with balcony views over the sea. Great location away from busy Porto but near enough to do the sites. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance along the beautiful coastline. Recommend Cremosi for ice cream, cake & crepes after watching the sunset on the beach! Excellent helpful host. Highly recommended

Porto for Grandpa...

Was looking for a 3 BR/2BA on the beach in Porto. Having never been looked on the map and said that looks like a nice surf break. We'll stay there. It was everything you could ask for and more.

Holiday with my daughter in Porto

We spent 5 nights in Porto for a holiday. The Gaia area is definitely a great location to stay with not only the beach, amazing sunsets but also lots and lots of great restaurants. We went into Porto Centro for a day and were so glad to have picked the beach side area as it was very relaxing. The board walk along the water front was fantastic for daytime and evening strolls. Really recommend a holiday to Portugal and so happy we stayed where we did.

Everything hoped for and more!

When you book to stay somewhere you hope that it will be what you expect when you arrive. To say that this apartment exceeded our expectations would be an understatement and for that we will always be grateful. The layout, the view and the quality of the furnishings were all excellent. However, what topped it off was being met by the owner (Hugo) and made to feel so welcome. It was also good to have a face to a name and that he, obviously, cared about who was going to stay in his property. All of the above, along with the location, made this a very special and enjoyable holiday. We look forward to returning soon! Thank you, Hugo!

A hidden gem in Vila Nova de Gaia

We, a family, stayed in this comfortable apartment for 10 nights over New Year. It was our first visit to Porto and we couldn't have been happier with our choice of lodging. The apartment is gorgeously decorated and it feels like a home from home. The pictures looked great but in person, wow! The apartment is spectacular, super clean, modern and fancy. We really enjoyed out stay, linen, towels, kitchen stuff, all was provided. The apartment location is very good, near by the beach and a short walk to restaurants and some local market in a laid back area. Even though we didn't cook like we thought we might do once or twice, it was great to have a clean, modern kitchen area for making breakfast and dinners. We appreciated the quietness in the building as well. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to come back. Regarding the owner, Hugo was fast acting answering all our doubts in a timely manner. But the best of all was be supported by his mother Mrs Isabel, a dedicated support person and also very kind. Highly recommend it and Mrs Isabel was a great help with recommending restaurants etc too. Our best recommendations! We will most surely return.

Séjour à Vila Nova de Gaia/Porto

Superbe appartement climatisé totalement, bien agencé, bien équipé, idéalement situé et face à l'océan. Chambres très spacieuses dont une avec salle de bain privée, nombreuses possibilités de rangement dans chaque chambre. Accueil impeccable avec de belles intentions de bienvenue pour les locataires. Garage très spacieux et sécurisé par bip à distance. A recommander. Grand merci à Monsieur Hugo.

Amazing place to stay on a visit to Porto

Everything about Hugo’s apartment was first class it had amazing views, well equipped and very spacious!! All three bedrooms were a good size, one with en suite the second with a bathroom next door and the third perfect for kids. The living room and dining area are spacious and comfortable.. We will definitely recommend the area and Hugo’s apartment to our friends

Wunderschöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Hugo ist ein zuvorkommender und sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Vielen Dank, Hugo! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Couldn’t have asked for a nicer apartment, when we arrived taxi as promised there to pick us up , everything better than expected , couldn’t recommended this place highly enough and the taxi arranged for pick up and drop off was first class .....hope to be back soon .
