    - While this home is located in a multi-unit complex, the apartment has its own private entrance and does not share doors with other units.



    - Pets considered with additional fees of $200 per pet per stay. Some restrictions may apply. We ask that pets please not be left unattended in the home unless they are crated. PLEASE NOTE THE PET FEE IS TO BE CHARGED AFTER BOOKING.



    - As required by the city for permit requirement of the rental, the following information are required for all guests whose reservations will be accepted:
