🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe.
🚗 Driving — Free street parking available (read signs for restrictions). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.
✈️ Airport — PDX is about 13 minutes by car. MAX Red Line from the nearby Lloyd Center or Hollywood Transit Center connects directly to the airport.
Other Things to Note:
My building has been fully cosmetically remodeled, but the bones are still old. Although there are mini-splits, the place may still struggle to hold a perfect temperature in more extreme weather. This unit is part of an older fourplex and sits below upstairs units, so neighbor and street noise can be audible through the walls/ceilings. Light sleepers may want earplugs or white noise. Guests also have access to a shared, coin-op laundry room in the basement.
