  • This beauty is in the Alberta Arts district within walking distance of popular Alberta Street with loads of restaurants, bars, galleries and cafes.

    The entry level hosts a dedicated office space, a full hall bathroom with a tub shower combo, laundry room, a master bedroom (with king size bed)with en-suite, and a second bedroom with a queen size bed

    Climb the stairs to another master bedroom(with a queen size bed)with ensuite. This level also has an additional half bath, an outdoor patio and open floor plan: kitchen/dining/living room bathed in natural light

    Amenities included: Street parking, private entrance, full kitchen with cooking implements, dish washer, coffee maker, coffee/tea, spices, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, towels, washer/dryer, bedding, full length mirror, ironing board, iron, climate control mini split units for every space.

What a lovely place that is clean, modern, and close to everything we wanted to do whether urban or out in the mountains. Our host was fantastic and very responsive. One of the nicest places we stayed at.Thank you for a great exlerience.

Our family of 5 stayed here and it was a spacious place within walking distance to Alberta. Huge open layout kitchen and family room area with 1 bedroom upstairs and two downstairs. Large bathrooms and comfortable beds. Would recommend...

Fantastic stay, house was comfortable and even better than expected! Host took great care to provide the little things that make the difference between good and fantastic. Comfortable beds, spotless and easy to access. Loved the neighborhood.

We rented this property because it is just a couple blocks from our son. The property is beautiful, in a wonderful location and Micala was great to communicate with. (Our flight was delayed several hours and we couldn't get to the house until 11.30pm). It would be a great property for a larger family. It was clean, had super comfortable beds and was well appointed. I'm sure we will rent again.

Beautiful home and a great stay.

Was a perfect place for us and our long-term stay. The house is clean and spacious and the Chris was super helpful and there to answer questions if needed. Loved being close to alberta and killingsworth restaurants and the beautiful views from the house.

Spacious and clean home

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The house is much larger than we expected. It’s a good location with restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was a perfect place for our family of four to stay! I would highly recommend this property.

House was beautiful and impeccably clean! Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, and we were welcomed by the host. On-street parking was easy and great restaurants just a few blocks away. I would love to stay here again, though there are a lot of stairs to get from the street to the main level, which would be an issue for a few of my friends.

A contemporary urban oasis in the vibrant and fantastic Alberta Ave area of Portland. My family of four (parents and two adult children) absolutely loved Micaela's incredibly spacious unit. It is exceptionally clean and well appointed: well stocked kitchen, comfortable bathrooms with rain showers, plush living room/TV room we loved watching the World Cup in, loads of natural light, fast internet and a nice balcony to boot. Micaela was a great communicator and easy walking distance to many of the fun restaurants and shops on Alberta Avenue. Easily a 10/10 for us. Parking on the street was super easy.
