Great place to stay,quiet,very clean and perfect place stay. Good value for money.Ownwers and staff were amazing people.Motel had everything we needed for ours 5 nights stay.Very well maintained place. Loved the lighted shower head.Will stay again when we go to Portland.

The owners/staff were amazing people, really friendly and so easy to deal with, the motel had everything that was needed at an amazing price, the only suggestion I could make is a bit of an upgrade to the bathroom, it is a little outdated, however the shower pressure was amazing. All in all a great place to stay and I will definitely be going back again.

Amazing host's and a great motel. Had everything we needed and we enjoyed the arm chairs in the room. Couldn't fault a thing, beds were comfy, heating was great, rooms were super quiet and the koala in the backyard was an added bonus. Will happily stay again.

Owner was friendly and very accommodating to our needs. Although these are older rooms they are very well maintained and had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. Air conditioning was a bit noisy but it certainly did the job of heating our room.

Definitely lives up to its name. Very spacious room with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Loved the coloured light on the shower head.

Really wonderful experience !! Much higher quality than listed, quietest motel we have ever been in. In a residential area.... big room, comfy big bed, comfy chairs, excellent decor, friendliest staff & very helpful !! Well worth it, we will be highly recommending this motel to everyone we speak to, & will stay again when we go to Portland. Magnificent !!!

Retro means it was built in the '70s and never updated. If you expect that, it is comfortable enough for a short stay. There is plenty of hot water and the heating works and we particularly appreciated the electric blankets. It was a bit dusty, but not annoyingly so.
