We arrived late at night, the young lady at the front desk was very friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was great a lot to choose from. A lot of parking and looks like they had an underground garage but was closed at the time of our stay. We will definitely be back.

Muy practico
El hotel muy practico y cómodo. El servicio del personal fur muy amigable. El tamaño del cuarto muy bueno. Lo unico que notamos fue muy sucia la alfombra y había restos de comida del huésped anterior y eso no da confianza en la limpieza. El desayuno y el estacionamiento muy cómodo y funcional.

Mala experiencia
La verdad deja mucho que desear por el precio, cuando se acababa el café ya no ponían más, el colchón tenía un hoyo en el centro, había hormigas en el cuarto, se escuchaban demasiado los ruidos de los cuartos y del lobby. Es un hotel bonito pero descuidado.

Lamento mucho que su estadía no haya sido la mejor que podría haber sido. Le diré a nuestro personal de mantenimiento sobre las hormigas y el colchón para que podamos arreglarlo de inmediato. Gracias por hacérmelo saber.

Muy mal sábanas sucias me cobraron desayuno en estos dos Dias de estancia nunca hubo desayuno me vi engañado y tampoco me quisieron regresar mi dinero nunca me asearon el cuarto en estos dos días así que muy mala experiencia

The continental breakfast had nothing that was gluten free and we had a guest in our party who has an extreme allergy (a child). So she couldn’t have anything, not even the sausage :( Otherwise the place was great!

We understand some people may have allergies to certain foods, I have spoken to IHG about adding some other options to the menu as they are the ones that choose our menu. The hotel was clean and our room was quiet with a very comfortable bed. My husband enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay
I thought the hotel was very nicely maintained. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was mostly clean, the tun was a bit grubby and didnt drain very well. The breakfast was good as well.

The heat wasn’t working. When I asked if maintenance could come in they assured me they would fix it. Still not fixed when I returned. Asked for another room and I felt like I was inconveniencing them!

We did have maintenance come look at the heating unit in your room. It does look like it is working. With that said, If the room does not sense movement in the room, it will shut down. In the future we can always disconnect the sensor so your heat will continue to run. I am truly sorry the front desk agent made you feel like you were an inconvenience. This is definitely not okay. We were sold out during your stay, therefore would not have been able to move you to another room. In the future, please feel free to ask to speak to the manager if you have any issues or concerns that are not handled. I will gladly make sure you are taken care of. Thank you again for sharing your experience and we hope you give us another chance in the future!!

The afternoon/evening staff treated me like a number, not a person. I did not appreciate it. The morning staff was better. The breakfast has taken a nose dive from the last time. I stayed at a Holiday Inn express. The food was tepid, tasteless, and soon cold. for 150 dollars, I expected more. I won’t stay at Holiday Inn again.
