  • Located in the heart of Portland's Iconic Hawthorne neighborhood, this charming craftsman bungalow style house offers a cozy retreat for guests all within easy, 2 minute walk to Portland's best restaurants, shops and entertainment!!

    With soothing bedrooms featuring plush queen beds and closet. A relaxing modern bathroom with a 5' shower w/rain head. Well equipped, kitchenette for all of your cooking needs, and an open living space with a sofa bed, this property is excellent for a peaceful stay.

Beautiful home, great host. The kitchen is amazing. Bonus, I got to pet one of their adorable puppies. We will return for our Portland stays!

The house was so beautiful and the neighborhood quiet and safe. Less than a half mile easy walk to Hawthorne Street with tons of places to eat and shop!

Marissa was a great host! All of my questions were answered quickly, and we felt right at home for the weekend. The house was awesome, the bed was super comfy, and the huge tub was such a nice luxury after a long day. The neighborhood itself was great too, with so much within a 5 minute walk and plenty of street parking. My friends and I would absolutely stay here again.

Marissa was such a great host! She provided everything you might need (snacks, bubble bath and bombs, makeup remover, Q tips…) and she replied back to messages so fast! Location was a plus.

Perfect for our group of 4

We needed a place to stay for a quick overnight in Portland. We were a short Uber ride from downtown as we needed a rental with ample safe parking for our very large truck. This place was clean and comfortable and we would recommend it without hesitation. Thank You

Wonderful Hawthorne Getaway!!

Marissa provided a wonderful space and was very accomodating! The bath rub is out of this world. Very close to a lot of fun places. We went to the Thai Farmhouse, only a few blocks away. Marissa told us about that too! Great place and great lady! I would defifntely rent from Marissa again

We really loved this place.

We really loved this place. It is spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. It's a really nice space to hang out and relax. There are lots of thoughtful details like coffee, tea, shampoo, body wash and other amenities that you don't always have in a rental. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. The bathroom is super nice (rain shower and soaking tub) and the bed is comfortable. The neighborhood is great. It is a short walk up to Hawthorne or down to Division for dining, shopping etc. It was easy to get around using mass transit and was close to several bus lines. We would definitely stay there again if we're in the area.

Best location!

I chose this property because of the location mainly however the stay was a huge plus. We were walking distance from so many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We barely drove this trip. We stayed for a week and Marissa was very responsive, helpful and made sure our trip was as smooth as possible. The only thing to note is that she and one other do live at this location so keep in mind that if you don’t like hearing others walking around or doing activities at night then I would double check other listings. But U overall had an amazing stay and when I come back to Portland this will definitely be on my list!
