The Space:
This second-floor studio sits near the Hawthorne corridor, with cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, bookstores, transit, and neighborhood streets close by.
Inside, the layout is compact and practical: a queen bed, one bathroom, full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, WiFi, TV, and a laptop-friendly workspace.
Cooling and primary heat come from a mini-split in the living/sleeping area. Because this is a studio, there is no separate bedroom AC zone.
This is an urban SE Portland location near active streets and a neighboring parking lot, so some street noise and nighttime exterior light can be noticeable.
Guest Access:
The entire studio is yours - no shared interior spaces. The exterior gate and stairs are shared with other apartments.
🔑 Self check-in with smart lock - arrive after your booked check-in time
🧺 In-unit washer & dryer

Portland isn't just for foodies. Hawthorne boasts a vibrant indie spirit, with numerous made-in-Oregon shops and boutiques to explore in this hipster haven. Catch a movie at Bagdad Theater and Pub, a revamped 1920s theater turned view-and-brew venue, serving local McMenamins food and microbrews.
If bar hopping isn’t your idea of fun, head up to Mt. Tabor, a 176-acre city park atop a dormant volcano vent. Here, you'll find miles of hiking trails and incredible panoramic views of the city. Whether you’re into dining, shopping, or outdoor adventures, the Hawthorne/Buckman District has something for everyone. Enjoy your stay in this eclectic and lively neighborhood!

Property was fantastic. I had everything I needed and the location can't be beat. Free parking typically available on the street was a huge plus. The bed and sheets were super comfortable. You can hop on bus 14 and be downtown in 5 minutes. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was a decent apartment - close to what we wanted, comfortable bed, a little bit of street noise but ok with ear plugs. But beware - there is a large security deposit which is not refunded until 2 weeks after you leave (even though they can assess any damage immediately).
