Loved this place. We stayed for state swimming championships, will definitely stay again. Kitchen is great, neighbor is very nice and safe. Can literally walk a block to go swim at Villa Sports!

Great location, clean, comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. We had a long term rental and the only thing I would suggest is that for guest who have a long term stay that extra supplies be given (paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex sponges etc.) we enjoyed our stay at the swoosh house.

Property is the perfect location to everything and is super quiet, clean and easy to get in and out. Felt safe and easy to walk our dog. House was warm, lots of hot water, and good amenities. Would securely rent again!

The best part of this place was the proximity to VillaSport, which you can buy weekly or monthly memberships from and use while staying here. It was well worth it. House is worn and had animal hair everywhere upon check in, unfortunately in the beds also, and in some of the dishes. The kitchen was lacking a bunch of daily amenities that are nice to have, i.e., filtered water, ice, coffee bean grinder, etc. the air conditioner only cools the middle level, not the 3rd level or first level (which are the levels with bedrooms), they provide fans but not the same as AC in the heat! Also a cleaning person rang the doorbell at 8 AM one morning and didn't introduce herself and asked to come in to "grab something" It was a weird situation considering I had to aks many questions to understand who she was and then she came in and left without grabbing anything. All in all, served it's purpose but will not stay here again or with this company again.

Family Vacation

A great stay. Everything was as advertised and our daughters especially liked the community heated pool. We felt very safe staying here. The property managers were very helpful and responded promptly to our requests. I would highly recommend staying here.

Two families wide range of ages

Good location, room size good, good amount of kitchen supplies. No bathroom on bottom floor, two sets of stairs, 3 bedrooms on top floor, very small grass area for dogs. Our family did have some cleanliness issues and some routine maintenance that needed to be done to the home and grounds. I clean professionally so felt these things should be addressed with cleaning and maintenance staff.

Home away from home.

Clean spacious townhome with attached garage parking and easy front street parking just outside the front door. Close access to to restaurants and groceries and highways and walking trail nearby. Home was equipped with all the amenities of home ready to cook meals and serve. 2full baths, 1 half. Enjoyed the front 2nd floor balcony. Really spent most our time sightseeing which there is plenty to choose from within very close distance from any direction. This location is great for work or family stays with children. Lastly be aware there are a lot of stairs in this townhouse to get to all 3 floors.

Perfect in every way!!

Five stars all around. Perfect stay. Clean and well appointed house with everything that you need. Plenty of rooms and cozy common areas. Easy check in and even more importantly, easy and no hassle check out. All that is asked to pretty much put everything back in place and remove the trash. Loved it!!

The company can’t pay their bills and had no gas

The house is lovely. Unfortunately, there was a trash can full of garbage in the garage. We were instructed to take it out ourselves. The garage smelled bad most of the trip. The first night we learned the stove didn’t work and a notice that had been delivered 4 days prior outlining after several attempts to reach the owners, they had turned off the gas for non payment. We had to call the rental agency multiple times to get a response from them and it took until mid-day the following day to be told they couldn’t get someone to turn the gas back on until the day of our departure. They told us we could leave with nowhere to stay for a refund, or we could move to another property which didn’t have the same amenities (specifically a pool). The company offered hot plates and confirmed the water heater was electric so we decided to stay so we didn’t lose another day of our trip, but we requested they consider reimbursing us due to not having a stove and the inconvenience. We had purchased groceries to cook while we were there that went to waste because the hot plates weren’t as efficient and took much longer than a functional stove would have so we ate out more. Day 2 we decided to visit the pool, something we planned to do daily. The pool key didn’t work and again said they couldn’t get someone out until the day of our departure to fix it. With 2 major amenities not available, the agency refused to offer compensation because we chose not to lose an extra day moving.

Great stay in convenient location

We really enjoyed our stay in Oregon! We thought the house was very clean and the appliances were very nice. The only complaint I would have is that there isn’t a bathroom on the bottom floor and the pillows are paper thing to sleep on. Other than that it was a very comfortable place that my family enjoyed!

The house was a relaxing layover for us on our way up to Washington. The proximity to shops, restaurants and the freeway was excellent. Our dog enjoyed walking around the area too.

Perfect and Comfortable

This property was perfect for all of us soccer moms from Alaska. The location was great and close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. We had no complaints except for the cold and rainy weather and would stay here again.

Great Home

This home is in a great location. The house was very nice and large enough for everyone to have their own space. There are a lot of stairs which was difficult for my older mother and some of the stairs didn’t have a railing but other than that, it was great.
