Wonderful owner, very responsive and accommodating. Very cozy and comfortable house, we loved it. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals, which I did almost every day of the 7 days I was there. Beds are very comfortable, A. Good neighborhood. I had to park down the street a few times but my car was fine. I would highly recommend this house and will hopefully be back soon myself.

Host was gracious and helpful from the time I booked until the day we left. Location was perfect for us - near my daughter and just across the street from a grocery store. House is a great size, very comfortable and super cute!! No long list of chores to do before you leave. Would definitely stay here again.

The Roseway bungalow was perfect for our 8 day stay in Portland! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, very well appointed, and had beautiful gardens. Michelle was an exceptional host and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood was also a joy; we walked every morning and enjoyed seeing the lovely gardens and friendly neighbors along the way.

Gorgeous home away from home

The decor all over was so fun. There was the perfect amount of space for three people, and we could have brought a couple more people over and still been just as comfortable. Great location and the owner is nearby if anything comes up! I would love to stay here again.

Perfect Portland Place

My family and I have been visiting Portland for the last 15 years or so in various locations throughout the city. the Roseway Bungalow is by far the best home away from home we have stayed in. First, it is a 12 minute straight shot from the airport and 25 minutes from the Columbia Gorge. The neighborhood offers a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, parks and shops to walk to within a few minutes. Myself, my daughter and granddaughter felt very safe in this neighborhood. Lastly, we loved the layout and design of the home. It gave us each our own space to relax and unwind from family and vacation events. We all loved the eclectic design and thought given to guest comfort. It was a great space to host our larger family that came over for meals and games (kids loved the supply of board games). The adults appreiciated the TV being upstairs where the kids could hang if they wanted to watch a movie. The outside is landscaped with areas to sit and relax, BBQ, or enjoy a meal. Michelle, the owner, was easy to communicate with and available via text. We definitely would use the Roseway Bungalow as our home base for Portland in the future.

This trip was for my daughter’s high school graduation and Michelle was awesome. Her home was perfect for us. The house was well equipped, comfortable and she checked in on us to make sure we were all set for our stay. Communication was prompt, clear and thoughtful. Beautiful home in beautiful neighborhood.

Michelle’s home was perfect for our family gathering in Portland. We have family that live nearby and Michelle’s home was well equipped and comfortable for us to host dinner and games. Beds are comfortable and decor is fun and compliments the vibe of the home. Michelle was an excellent host and very communicative. She has thought of everything!

Staying here really felt like you were staying at a home. Houseplants, fully stocked kitchen, thoughtful decor - it was clean, easy and comfortable. Michelle was a very attentive host, really making sure your stay was great. I’d rate this as one of the top VRBOs I’e stayed at. Really great!

Slice of Real Portland

I left Portland for a while and came back to stay here before I moved into my place and it so reminded me of what Portland is like--the arty decor I LOVED with all the plants and a very nice and environmentally conscious host! Very quiet neighborhood and great there is a grocery store nearby and easy access to a main road that leads everywhere. Street parking is tight during the day but can easily find a space out front after work hours. Absolutely would stay here again and so much better than a normal hotel! Thank you for the popcorn and wine treats!

Wonderful Home

The home is beautifully decorated, well appointed, comfortable and cozy. There’s plenty of room for a large group, but the two of us felt right at home. The owner is available and responsive without being at all intrusive. The location is wonderful with lots of restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood. And it is easy to get anywhere from here! We’ll definitely be back.

What a lovely stay we had at this charming vacation cottage. Michelle was an excellent host, full of information & has outstanding communication with us during our stay making sure we had everything we needed! Cozy place with comphy beds & nice hot shower! Beautiful & Perfect

I have my favorite neighborhoods in Portland, but everything was booked. So, went outside my comfort zone and found this beautiful gem of a place, and so glad I did. It’s off a busy street, but as soon as you enter the neighborhood, it’s quiet, the homes are cute and funky, and the trees and gardens are gorgeous. The older craftsman home is warm and inviting, with a little bit of eclectic thrown in for good measure. Spotless, extremely clean…The beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked, heater was easy to operate and did I mention the lovely indoor plants? My daughter and I felt right at home and Michelle was a thoughtful and gracious host.

Happy Gathering for a Family Wedding
