The unit itself is very nice overall. The bed situation in the loft is not ideal. Takes some work to get a bed unfolded from the cabinet and no instructions were posted. The unit is on a beautiful slice of beach and we booked primarily because of that but found that the steps to the beach were blocked off and signage did they were unusable/dangerous. That really detracted from our stay! There are other ways to get access to the beach but they are a 10 minute walk on narrow, curvy roads that did not feel safe to pedestrians to us. I needed to Google how to run the heating/cooling units but once I figured them out it was fine. Would be helpful to have some instructions posted.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and recommend it to future travelers. It is centrally located for the many attractions in the area. The hot tub and outside grill were a bonus!

Nice spot that could use some easy improvements

The place is great overall. The location couldn’t be better, and there’s not a ton of parking nearby so it’s nice to have a dedicated parking spot. It was super clean but is due for a refresher for things like scuffs on walls, wobbly furniture, etc. My main gripes are that the check-in process is a major pain and the front door key barely works, and that the bedroom carpet has tiny sharp pins sticking up in the doorways, so if you happen to step on that spot it hurts. Overall we were happy with it and would stay again.

Its actually a really cool place, clean and cozy for something with so much concrete. The price is kinda zany though. (Equivalent to a sea-view apartment on the Riviera)

Good property in a great area for a great price point

This property overall is a really good rental with lots of space and a very open and airy feel to the apartment. It has all of the things you need to have a good stay. There are a few things that might need improving to make this a 5 Star Stay. If you are staying here and need to work from home using Wi-Fi I would look for another location that has better Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi (both 2.4ghz and 5ghz frequencies) was completely useless for work purposes. Download speeds were consistently around 30 mbps and upload around 2 mbps. Yes, you read that right — two. We were never able to backup or sync any of our devices — collectively or individually — at any point during our 6-day stay. I had better speeds from the free Wi-Fi on my United flight home.We also had to go out and buy our own laundry and dish detergent pods. There is a person to contact if you need something but I think it is just some random person each time you contact them in a call center somewhere. I don't think there is anyone at the location that can help you directly as I could find no one. I asked for additional detergent and they stated that it is located on the second floor in a storage unit that has a code. I went to a second floor and looked for a storage closet. It was a keyed entry. I looked around in another area for a second floor with a supply closet but found none.

Great location and parking!

Great clean and convenient property! The parking spot was a must! I didn’t understand how tight street parking was - and the spot was very convenient - allowing us to enter from the underground garage without getting wet if it was raining.Couple of things “:- My sister had to find the silverware for me, but when I read the reviews other folks had that issue as well! (Pullout drawer above the microwave)- I should have read the instructions on how to access the key before I got there as it was a little tricky- I’d recommend they include a few extra towels and bathmats. Would definitely stay here again!

New Condos - very good stay

It was a great way to get into Portland and get situated to move onto the mountains. It took a few minutes to get into the unit; because you need to go around the building; enter a code, get another code entered, get the keys, get back to the front door; multi-layer security I suppose. It was very modern and clean and a good stay after that. Everything in walking distance and very safe neighborhood.

Wonderful location, spotless apartment

The location is perfect and the apartment is awesome. It even comes with a parking spot! The apartment has 2 bedrooms but the sliding doors are thin so noise can carry. But overall it was a great place and perfect for us!

Property is ok. Ceiling fans dirty, linens left in dryer, toaster had crumbs on it and the refrigerator was not clean. Bathtubs were so slick I nearly fell. The office is on the other side of the building thank goodness another tenant came out and showed us. This needs to be in the instructions. Not a place for small children. Stair and floors are cement. A lot of restaurants and shops are in the area. For the price we paid it should have been a lot nicer.

Great space & perfectly located

Whether we were heading to Forest Park, to restaurants on 23rd St, or to grab some groceries, we loved the walkability of this location. It was also nicely quiet at night. The space was stylish and comfortable with everything we needed. We'd totally stay here again if we can on future trips!

Perfect location— the area is chock full of charming restaurants and beautiful houses. Tons of charm and being able to stow the car in a covered dedicated parking spot was wonderful!! Great stay!

Unpleasant, uncomfortable, difficult, and poorly outfitted.

This very expensive unit was advertised to be in the Pearl District of Portland. It was not. It wasn't even close. The check-in process was complicated and required finding parking where there is little while getting access to the unit. Everything was cheap including furniture to towels and toilet paper. No towels in the powder room. No soap in one of the bathrooms, very poor lighting, no wine glasses. No tub stopper, no Kleenex, only one door key. Noisy fan with no shut off, no bath mat or grab bars. Tubs/showers very dangerous. We checked prior to arrival for a Keurig coffee maker. We brought K-cups. No Keurig. No teapot. And no matter what we asked, the answer was no. We left because of an emergency (a debilitating fall) and no refund on the remaining three days was allowed. The unit is cement and 'industrial'. Ugly and uncomfortable.

Great property location within walking distance to fun restaurants and shops. Vacasa check in box was difficult to open. Clean bathrooms and kitchen, but chairs and rug were dirty. Fuse blew in bathroom when two hairdryers used at the same time and unable to reset.

Sophisticated Loft Living

My husband and I loved staying in this sleek urban loft. It was easy to check in and out. The beds were comfortable. Thank you to previous reviewers who alerted future guests like us that the silverware is at the end of the kitchen island above the microwave. Grocery store within a block. Great restaurants on both 21st and 23rd. Great location. Great price. Great service. Comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Not clean

The space appeared to be nice upon entry but after really looking at thing we discovered it wasn’t cleaned. We found someone’s hair and blood stain on the sheets in the bed, main bathroom looked as though someone had just used it (literal poop stains in the bowl), I showered in the guest bathroom and the towels were dirty with fresh makeup stains not from us. Overall it seemed like the space was made to look clean but no actual cleaning was done. The company never reached back out to me after I complained about how dirty it was and how uncomfortable we were. We only spent 1 night there and left early.
