The Space:

While right in the mix of things, the apartment is tucked away in a quieter part of the neighborhood, offering peace and privacy to recharge after a long day of hiking or BrewCycling (yes, it’s a thing). With an ultra-comfy queen-size bed, this space is perfect for a couple or solo traveler looking for an affordable home base to explore The Rose City.



Modern amenities like super-fast WiFi, new furniture, and a 46” LED flat-screen TV make this apartment feel like home. If you prefer staying in to eat, the compact kitchen is equipped with all the cooking essentials, and there’s a Whole Foods right next door for convenient grocery shopping. Start your mornings with a Keurig coffee maker or visit one of the many local coffee shops nearby for a specialty latte.

The Neighborhood:

You're right off NE 28th Avenue - one of Portland's best restaurant rows - with Laurelhurst Park and its tree-lined residential streets just a few blocks south. It's a neighborhood where you can walk to a James Beard-worthy dinner, grab world-class tortas, and still be home in five minutes.



Laurelhurst Market is the anchor - a steakhouse and in-house butcher shop that's been a longtime Portland favorite since 2009. Go for dinner (the butcher-cut steaks are outstanding) or stop by the counter during the day for house-cured sandwiches and charcuterie. Güero is our favorite torta spot in the city - the carnitas torta and their hamburguesa were recently featured in Portland Monthly as one of the city's best burgers. Montelupo is a proper Italian market and restaurant with housemade pasta, an espresso bar, and a market stocked with imported provisions.



For a casual night, Big's Chicken does Alabama-style fried chicken from the same team behind Laurelhurst Market - the smoked whole bird and mac & cheese are legit. Crema Coffee + Bakery is a short walk for morning coffee and some of the best house-baked pastries in Portland.

🚶 Walking — Laurelhurst is one of NE Portland's most walkable neighborhoods. A few blocks to NE 28th Avenue for restaurants, cafes, and shops, with Laurelhurst Park a short walk south.



🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 19 (Woodstock/Glisan) runs right past the property along NE Glisan, with connections to downtown and across the city.



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe.



🚗 Driving — Free street parking is widely available. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.



✈️ Airport — PDX is about 15 minutes by car.
