    The guests will have access to everything in the home, including the garage; this is a perfectly private rental. Please note that a locked area of the garage is currently used for storage.

    Beaverton is located seven miles west of Portland, Oregon, in the Tualatin River Valley, and is Oregon’s sixth largest city. Beaverton is a friendly, active city with exceptional services and amenities. Ranked in Money magazine’s Best Places to Live, Beaverton truly is “The Best of Oregon.” Beaverton is a family-friendly city and is well-known for its many attractive and well-planned neighborhoods. Enjoy easy access to a complete range of community services, including the largest shopping district in west metropolitan Portland and countless high-quality restaurants. Tucked between the dramatic West Hills and Tualatin Valley farmlands, this city has its own unique identity and it’s filled with wineries, historic landmarks, international restaurants, boutiques and Nike’s global headquarters. The city also has a vast amount of green space with over 100 parks encompassing 1,000 acres. A park is located within a half mile of every home, and the city features 30 miles of hiking trails and a 25-mile network of bike paths. Ski slopes to the east and ocean beaches to the west provide additional opportunities for recreation.

    Getting Around:
    -- We recommend bringing a car to this safe area of Portland. -- There is a private garage for one car. -- There is an additional parking space with hang tag for one car.     Other Things to Note:
    --IMPORTANT: Please note that on all bookings on platforms other than Airbnb there is a deposit of up to $1000.(Please inquire for the exact ammount) This is to cover any potential damages to the home or property. Deposits will be refunded the day following the day of check out minus the cost of any damages. Guests will be notified of any damages and documentation for any deductions will be provided. This will be processed as a separate payment but can be made with the same payment method or a different payment method based off guest choice. Please be aware that if you do chose a different payment method you will need to provide the payment details.

    -- IMPORTANT: Smoking of any kind on the property is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine and additional action up to eviction.

    -- We accept up to two dogs with additional fees of $200 per pet per stay. Some size restrictions may apply. Please inquire if you plan to bring a pet. Additionally, please ensure you clean up after them. PET FEE IS TO BE CHARGED AFTER BOOKING

    -- TVs with Chromecast are provided but please note you will need to use your own logins for the apps.

    -- Please note that guests will need to move the master trash bins from the garage to in front of the garage by Sunday evening for an early Monday pickup. Additional fees will apply if we have to perform an emergency trash pickup due to bins not being rolled out regularly.

    -- Please note this home is only available for stays of 30 days or more.

    -- As required by the city for permit requirement of the rental, the following information are required for all guests whose reservations will be accepted:

    5) License plate number if bringing a car (please provide on the day of check in if renting a vehicle)
