"Serenity on the Lake was my slice of heaven for 2.5 months. It was quiet and peaceful and the view of the lake was amazing. The apartment was clean and well kept. My dog was welcome as well. It was the perfect location. All the best shopping and restaurants were within a 15 minute drive. The hosts went above and beyond to insure I had everything I needed to make my long term stay comfortable. I will definitely stay there again!"

"They leave you waiting for more than 1 hour to check you in because they are "very busy" I am there every weekend and most of the staff at reception is impolite, unavailable and bitter. They cancel your online reservations after you tell them that you will be late (I made the reservation after 5:00 pm for that night) they make you pay again at the hotel and they do not refund the payment for the online reservation that they canceled."
