"As advertised - very clean - well stocked kitchen, drip coffee maker and a Keurig, lots of linens that were not skimpy. Steep stairs up and no table for playing cards - there was a nice counter with chairs and a low coffee table, which were the only negatives. Not a buzzing neighborhood, but a few nice spots for ramen, groceries, wine, etc. But very close to all the cool downtown activities and the Art Museum."

Corner lot with private parking was great and plenty of seating and space for my wife, my daughter and me to be comfortable hanging out and working from here during the day. "Steve & Kristen's place was perfect for hosting ourselves and another couple for a long weekend. Clever use of space makes it feel larger than the photos. The location is quick and easy to everything in downtown; we walked almost everywhere straight from the house, never needing more than 15 minutes to get to our destination. "My two sisters and I loved everything about the place especially the kitchen and the temperature control via AC or heat. The only concern about the place is that it took 1-3 tries each time we had to unlock the front door by code. There was supposed to be music to help but couldn't really hear anything.
