"We stayed in this house for two months while we were doing a kitchen renovation, The only reason we stayed is because we had no other options this time of year for a rental that would take pets. We survived because we brought everything we needed from our house. We did not receive any instructions prior to the rental and there were no instructions at the house for check-in and checking out procedures, internet/tv access or information on the local area. "The house is in a very small and quaint private community. The beach access is only available to people in that small area. Sunsets are some of the best I've seen and especially amazing considering it's Lake Erie and not the ocean or tropics. We had the privilege of meeting the owner and he was extremely polite and welcoming. We've never planned on any repeat stay from a "house rental" site and this will definitely be our first repeat stay. "

"We rented the house with 3 families and had a great time. The house was very clean and was kept up nicely. The feedback we have is to describe how to dock your boat with the very shallow water at the shoreline. Also, the back bedroom had a musty smell. It would be nice if the house had A/C, but the owner had sufficient fans in every room. We had a great experience."
