The apartment has WIFI and Cable TV. It also has Air-Conditioning, and there is parking next to the building (subject to availability during the high season).

The apartment block is in a private condominium with lawned garden, sundeck and swimming pool, and is set just 2 minutes from the coast, 4 from the Praia da Rocha beach and main promenade, and has lots of amentities close by.

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 19:00 and 00:00 is subject to 20 late arrival fee.
