"The whole hotel was spotless. The rooms were quiet, I slept very well, and the food was amazing. We were visiting from Houston, Texas, and would definitely like to visit again. "

"The food here is amazing and you can't beat the location for touring North Wales. Janna was the star of the place.
That said, the room needs serious maintenance. The mattress was completely shot—sagging with metal springs that poked into my body every time I moved.
For me, the most important part of a trip is to have a good night to sleep and it baffles me that this hotel has this Kind of mattresses. The pillars were OK though. The shower walls also had mold on them. On top of that, the room...

"We had an amazing stay here. The rooms were lovely and the beds very comfortable. We loved the suite with its living area and the breakfast was delicious. The hosts could not have done more. So friendly and helpful. They also had lots of games and toys and a garden which were great for the kids. "
