"Checked in (via coded lock), however the place has not been attended to since the last guests, so the beds were unmade, dirty towels in the floor and rubbish in the kitchen. Eventually got into the owner through messages who tried to book a cleaner and when unsuccessful tried to have Stayz find us somewhere else. Unfortunately Stayz were useless and didn't want to know about it. We ended up getting a refund and booked somewhere through an alternative provider which turned out to be...

"This property needs a good airing and clean, it is run down and in need of repair. There were no utensils in the kitchen, hard to prepare food without these. It;s location is quiet, no issue there but the property needs some tlc."

"Clean and tidy 3BR home, conveniently located in the outskirts of Geelong. We booked at short notice, and had a bit of trouble getting in (supplied door code didn't work), but the property manager sorted this out quickly. Inside was fine - good amenities and furnishing - although the beds were extremely soft (uncomfortably so, at least for me), and the dinner plates were too big for the dishwasher. Happy with the experience and can recommend."

"Yes, we found the host friendly and flexible. We had all the amenities we needed. We loved the the quiet space and good location the house, close to where we wanted to go. The house was neat and clean on our arrival too."

"Wonderful property in a fab location, central to shops etc Easy access by short drive to mamy of the great beaches in the area. Well appointed, the inclusion of beach gear is a great bonus. Beach towels not supplied, which would be really super not to have to bring or buy would be my only suggestion, given the location. Flexible bedding, we were a party of 5 with 2A, 2 teens amd 1 child. Wish we had more than one night as it would make a great base to stay Would definitely return!"
