"Had a very nice, week long stay. Home was very clean and cared for. The week we stayed was hot and the back yard patio with roof was great. The lake is very nice and enjoyed boating around in morning before most people are out. The location is nice, it’s in quiet channel and kids caught fish off the dock. "The house was very very nice. If You are looking to stay close to a lake that you can walk in, this wouldn’t work. I’m not complaining they are in the process of remodeling but there were things that didn’t work properly. Ants didn’t bother me but they were there in the kitchen. The washer/dryer didn’t work. The price is excellent. But there needs to be repairs and an updated explanation of what is there. I would stay again but I just expected something different when I stayed recently."

"Kitchen was large and great for hanging out in. I loved that all the cabinets were labeled! Lots of activities available at this house. Maybe missed in the description that the owners were also going to be in the house? That was sort of a suprise but they were upstairs the whole time and we had the sprawling lower level. "This house is perfect. We rented this house last year and it thoroughly met our needs to be close to our great grandchildren. They were able to enjoy the water while we slept there at night. The beach is very nice with a blue splash bad on the shore that has anchor so it can be moved to the water. The beach toys are amazing for children as is the varied assortment of chairs, table, and 2 large umbrellas on the deck with a picnic table in the yard kayaks and flotation equipment. "Had a group of guys for a long weekend to play the Gull Lake courses. This was the perfect location. House was nice and appropriate for our group of 4. Neighbors were very nice, and the extra large kitchen table made for some wonderful card games and bourbon drinking. Very relaxed and comfortable place to stay. Oh, and owner was spectacular in communication!!!"
