"Overall, it’s a nice place to stay. The apartment is well-equipped, and an iron would be a small addition that makes a noticeable difference. I would appreciate having the option to stay on a higher floor with a balcony facing the street, as I had before. This would enhance the experience even more. I would highly recommend the property."

"Very small "appartement". It is not possible to leave the table (open) and chairs in the room because it make it impossible to walk around. The "apartment" need to be completely renovated. Painting is falling of the walls. Wardrobes are ridiculous and selfmade. One don't close anymore. In a other one the shelf always fall down. Toilet don't flush properly because of homemade plumbing. The apartment is situated on the third floor but you can still hear the noise of the clients leaving the bar...

"This is the perfect place for a cozy stay in Evian and steps the lake, restaurants and shopping. The host warmly greeted me even though my arrival was delayed. The apparent is generous in size and comforts with two well sized bedrooms with lots of places to settle my things, plus a very nice kitchen with its large wood work space overlooking the living area and lake. There’s and additional dining area and very large terrace. It was perfect for my visit! I look forward to coming again!"

"We used this beautiful upper story flat as a staging place for day trips around French Switzerland. Very centralized location for us. The double patio doors open to an incredible view of the landscape and Lake Geneva. Located in an upscale Lausanne neighborhood, we found it easy to get out of town for our travels. Local grocery stores and eateries are minutes away. Sonja, our host, spoke excellent English and was very kind, helpful, and responsive. Two thumbs up. If we’re in Lausanne...
