Perfect for a holiday home or contractor’s accommodation. Over 2 floors, including huge shower room, living room & a fully-equipped kitchen.     The Space:
    The Nest by STAE-Homes, is a superb apartment, providing easy access to the world-famous Afan Bike Parks and local regions including, Cymmer, Glycorrwg, Port Talbot and Maesteg. Afan Forest House is also a stone's-throw from the stunning Bwlch Mountain, leading to the Rhondda Valley. Access to the national cycle path is also just 50 meters away.

    Situated over 2 floors, The Nest by STAE-Homes is a fully-self-contained apartment that includes everything you need for your stay; including a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a comfortable living space and a huge shower room

    Whether you want to go mountain biking in the Afan Forest Bike Park, or just want to get away from it all in this peaceful part of Wales, this property has everything you need for that home from home feeling.

    We provide a rollaway bed as the third bed for the living space; with all bedding, towels etc. provided of course. A Travel Cot and High Chair are available on request (note, we do provide cot bedding).

    Free unrestricted street parking is available in the area.

    There is a lovely enclosed shared garden with garden furniture that you can enjoy.

    Guest Access:
    The apartments are typically self check. You will receive a code within 48 hours of your check in date. CCTV protects all areas outside the property.

    Be sure to confirm the correct number of guests and pets so that we can enjoy a stress free check in.

    The shared garden is accessed to the left of the apartment as you look at the building.

For nearby towns and cities, buses and trains are available, with connections to Cardiff and Swansea.
