"Quaint 1970s style wooden building nicely decorated - they even had a turntable and albums (in addition to the bluetooth speaker). The upstairs loft overlooking the living room is just as pictured. The bed was comfy if the pillows could use an update; they were a bit too flat and lumpy for our liking but it's really our only complaint. "We loved our stay. Perfect location right in the hub of the big 3 lakes. Great for boating with the public boat launch right across the river from the cottage. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need plus the added bonus of a waterside hot tub for evening relaxation. If like sitting on the dock and waving to passing families in their fancy boats then you'll love a summer weekend stay. Highly recommend "

"We loved our stay! Beautiful home with cozy beds and pillows. Nice and airy with the ceiling fans. Great place and layout, very cozy and clean. Little tricky getting down to the water be careful if you have mobility issues.Maybe inquire about the kayak/canoe ahead of time- we didn’t ask the host about it but they were kept under the deck and didn’t seem very accessible/clean so we didn’t bother to take them out. Both the living room and the kitchen was perfect for hanging out. If it didn’t rain all weekend we would have made use of the outdoor deck and backyard fire pit.
