"Everything was good overall, but there are some issues to note: 1. The real estate management is unfriendly. 2. The property keys were problematic: we had one functioning key for the parking gate and one for downstairs, but the swipe key and room key didn't work. Attempts to contact management were unsuccessful. 3. The bed sheets were dirty,sofa bed and the bed cover had a stain that required washing. I would rate the property cleaning 2 stars, communication 0 stars, but for a place to stay...

"Beautiful location, easy access to the beach and Nelson Bay is a quick drive away if you need to eat out. The beach was wonderful for young kids and never crowded during our stay. The hous itself is immacculate and well maintained and havig readily available internet and air conditioning meant we were able to relax after a hot day of sswimming. Would definitely stay here again and Glenyss was a pleasure to deal with, very prompt and informative with her communication."
