Super clean & welcoming beachfront condo with AMAZING views! This is our second time staying at The Tide and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Very well stocked, squeaky clean, and comfortable layout. You can tell Linda (owner) takes a lot of pride in her condo and makes your stay feel like home away from home with the detail touches all around the condo. I do a LOT of research before booking any vacations. You will love your stay here!!

This was the perfect stay! The condo had everything we needed - beach chairs, towels, umbrella, fans in the bedrooms, great location on the beach, easy check in and check out, easy communication with owner, board games, and super clean. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets and dolphins were a highlight. It really made our vacation relaxing and easy!

We enjoyed this area and this unit so much. It’s literally steps to the sand. Linda was in constant communication to make sure any and all questions were answered. I look forward to staying again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at “The Tyde”. Everything is exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the balcony. Linda was very responsive to any questions.We would love to visit again in the future.First time to Mexico Beach and Port St Joe area. Highly recommended. Great beach and fun restaurants.

We can't speak highly enough about our stay in "The Tyde" property and about the great interaction with the owners. This will definitely be our go-to place in Mexico Beach!

Excellent location and views, extremely clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Appliances worked flawlessly. All furniture (including balcony) was clean/comfortable and adequate for our group of five. The six provided beach chairs and beach towels, and two umbrellas were a great addition. We opted for grocery delivery to save time. Be sure to pay attention to the time on your phone - you’re close to the time zone change and you may wind up waking an hour early. Linda was great to work with and we’re looking to book again for next year. We may have found our new go to rental.

This is a beautiful beach home with spectacular views. The host has thought of everything to make this a home away from home. Immaculate and the kitchen is well furnished.

Linda was the best host and the condo was immaculately clean when we arrived. The furnishings are comfortable and there are all the creature comforts provided to make it homey! We had a fabulous vacation spending time with friends and family that live local. We will be back again! Many thanks to the Priddy family for sharing their little piece of paradise on Mexico Beach.

Great condo!

This was a fantastic condo for our family beach trip. We loved that it was right on the beach and centrally located to all that Mexico Beach has to offer. The condo was clean and spacious, and Linda was a responsive hostess. We would stay here again!
