Great host.

Curt is amazing. The best host we have ever encountered. The home is beautiful and the ocean views look beautiful. We had a great time. Curt took care of us like we were family. We are taking home lots of memories of a great week beside the ocean.

Short getaway

My wife and I dropped off our sons with friends near this location and decided to stay in the area and work remotely for a few days. The internet speed was fast enough for all of our video conferences. Very short wal to the beach over lunch breaks. We had a great stay.

Natural beauty

We enjoyed our coffee from the top floor deck looking at Gulf of Mexico! Saw eagles and dolphins and sea birds of all types. The house sits on a large lot full of mature palm trees. It’s very private and quiet. There’s a path that offers an easy walk to the beach. The owner Curt is very helpful and suggests great places to dine at.

We did a last minute trip to Indian Pass and this property was available. The hosts were easy to work with and has quick replies to our questions. The house was the perfect size and a great location close to the beach.

Excellent little beach house

Very nice little beach house. Owners had great communication for questions during stay. Beach is just a short walk and very nice. Great beach views from the decks. Most likely will visit this one again.

Amazing location & beautiful house!

We had a good stay! Pros: The house was nice & well stocked with everything we could need. The owners were very very nice they accommodated a couple hour early check in for us too! They were easy to talk to & communicate with. The location was perfect it was very quiet and peaceful. So close to the beach it felt like we were beach front.The master bedroom balcony was our favorite view! The house was very clean besides the blankets. Cons: The blankets on the bed (& extras provided) were clean (no stains, smelled clean) but had dog hair and human hair in the bed. The path to walk through to the beach had a lot of thorn like balls that got stuck to our shoes, in our dogs paws & even on our skin & made us bleed when they stuck in our skin. The water at the house was not clear, it had a yellow tint & had a smell to it. We did not feel comfortable drinking it or showering in it. To fix this we recommend walking down the road by the house to the beach access. It’s only about 3 minutes away & it’s completely paved. Bringing your own bottled water & blankets. They were very minor issues. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the house I just think mentioning the water quality and alternative path to the beach would be a good addition to the listing description!

Hurricane Respite

After our hometown ( Valdosta,Ga) being pulverized by Hurricane Helene , this was a welcome respite. This home, with all of the wood ceilings and walls, was a welcome place to spend a week away ! Beautiful views from multiple levels, well equipped kitchen and attentive hosts. The beach is quite expansive compared to the Cape. Highly recommend golf cart rental . Well worth it !

This was a very nice beach house with a cute Key West Style vibe. It was great for my sister and me. The owners were very responsive and kind. I would certainly stay here again.

Relaxing

This is a wonderful location with beautiful ocean views and a lovely short path to the beach. We enjoyed buying fresh fish at St. Joe shrimp company maybe 8 minutes away and The Piggly Wiggly in Port St. Joe is well stocked. The beach is quiet and full of shells. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot and house

One of the best spots we have booked around this area. Nice quiet beach with short trail to get out to the ocean. Also everything with the house was great even had a cart to help load our things back the forth to the beach.

Mothers Day trip

I brought my mom for a peaceful Mother daughter Mother’s Day get away. We had a blast and we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. It’s the perfect distance to the beach, quiet, and relaxing.

Cozy and just right

This property is just right for a small group, not too expensive and you will get the feel of on the ocean front. The home has everything you need to cook basic meals. Short walk to beach or rent a golf cart from St Joe's patio, most places will deliver them to you. Rustic, cute and very convenient in middle of everything. You have St Joe, the Cape, St George, Apalachicola few other places to shop or eat.

Wonderful getaway!

The beach house provided the perfect relaxing getaway for our family of 4 - we had a great stay! The walk to the beach was quick and easy (and the provided cart was a nice bonus!), and the home was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. The owners were also wonderful, kind and responsive! Thank you for a great stay, we hope we can return soon!
