Lovely place to stay!

This property was great! From location to cleanliness and everything in between. The hosts have thought of everything and have provided so many extra amenities including games for rainy days. The location was perfect, right across from the beach!

Family vacation for Spring Break

The property was clean and as described. It has a great pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed the beach which is just across the street. The area is quiet and without the crowds that you find in other areas. We will definitely return.

Family Beach Trip

This is a wonderful place to stay! The condo is beautiful, spacious, and clean. Sarah has thought of everything when it comes to the perfect beach day. The larger chairs were perfect for my parents and the rest of us enjoyed the beach chairs. Towels, wagon, sand toys, cooler, floats, and two beach umbrellas were all provided! The kitchen is also well stocked for cooking on those nights you want to stay in. We loved Mexico beach. It provided a calm and family friendly environment. Be sure to visit Mango Marley’s, Shipwrecked Raw Bar, and Caribbean Coffee when you visit. I hope to be back in the future and we would definitely book with Sarah again.

Great stay

Sarah was amazing! The condo was exactly as it was described. The view was amazing from the balcony. Enjoyed sitting out there. Kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils. She had beach equipment and towels which made it super handy for us. We had a great time. Would recommend it and use the condo again!

The best condo in Mexico Beach

This condo has all the amenities you could ask for. Decor is beautiful. Views of the ocean are beautiful! We stayed for six days. The beds were all comfortable. Equipped with everything you need for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, cart to carry everything, collapsible cooler and beach towels. My daughter visiting from Australia with her two kids loved the condo! You can’t go wrong renting this property. Highly recommended by all of us.

Awesome Sister’s In Law Trip

This place is a great location and only steps from the beautiful beach. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to prepare meals in. There are generous amounts of K-cups available to use as well as TP and some snacks (which is not always the case with some rentals). The deck furniture was very comfy and had plenty of seating for all four of us.

Best stay ever

From the moment we opened the door to this beautiful condo, we knew we were going to have a fantastic stay! Everything is clean and modern. The owners have gone above and beyond to ensure the condo has everything you need. We loved having beach towels, beach gear, and games! Even on rainy days, our 4 kids were never bored. The view is great and the walk to the beach is so short and easy. I don’t normally stay across the street from the beach, but this location has changed my mind. The elevator is fast and parking was easy. The pool area is simple but clean and the pool is only 4 feet deep. My kids loved that. Killer seafood and an ice cream food truck are within easy walking distance. Does it get any better?! The owner was very responsive to any questions and even helped us book to extend our stay. I highly recommend this condo for your Mexico Beach vacation. We will be back soon! Thank you again.

Beautiful, clean and well-stocked beach stay!

We loved our time at tidelands. The condo is well appointed, accurate description of everything that’s provided. The beds are comfortable and the space is very clean. We loved the pool and a hot tub at the access to the beach is so easy. Our whole family enjoyed Mexico beach and most importantly the Tidelands condo!

Perfect Spot, Clean, Updated, Comfortable - Quality! EASY beach access!

Sarah was awesome to work with - super responsive and easy. The check in process was great and checkout was the easiest I have experienced. Wonderful!!!

The unit was as pictured. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The walk to the beach was very easy using the boardwalk across the street. Beach chairs and cart included was very helpful and we loved all the extras that were provided. High quality linens, towels, and furniture. Communication was excellent with property manager. Can’t wait to stay again!

Excellent property!!!

Ok stop your search, this is perfect in every way. This condo is perfect, it's on the same floor as the pool so super convenient when traveling with kids. The place was very clean and really enjoyed the beach accessories, super handy. I especially loved the small things that were done to make us feel at home, from the kite, to the welcome note, to the (not cheap) paper towels, toilet paper & towels....thank you for that, you do not get that everywhere for sure.

Excellent Extended Weekend

Review of Mexico Beach rental

Enjoyed are stay very much the property was very nice, the only disappointment was the two beach houses directly across the road which blocked a perfect view or the ocean, I understand that's gonna happen, its just that the advertisement doesn't show that, it appears from the advertisement that there could be an unobstructed view of the ocean. Didn't mind the nightly rate, thought that the cleaning charge was high, and of course the Vrbo charge didn't seem to net us anything, as they didn't seem to do to much. All in all a great place!

Great Place to Stay!

Sarah and the Tidewaters (2L) condo were awesome. Great place, great location, great balcony! This place is perfect for a Mexico Beach stay. It is right across US 98 from the beach, is well-appointed throughout, and the kitchen is especially nice. Check in and check out were easy, and Sarah makes sure guests have everything they need. We'll be back!

We loved it!

This place worked out very well for us. Very well appointed, very comfortable and we loved the view! The exterior of the property is still being renovated (totally understandable) but this didn’t bother us at all… not noise or disruption to and from the unit. We will most likely rent this again!
