The place is spacious and clean, nice quiet area to relax on the beach without the crowds. The host was available and easy to contact. We liked the accessibility to the beach. Thanks for the wagon to haul our beach umbrella and chairs, etc. Loved the shower and soaking tub and the balcony was really wonderful, great sunrises and sunsets. The beds are very comfortable. The only things we can think of to add would be a few more kitchen towels and a waste basket in the master bathroom. See you next time!

Nice location and well stocked

The location is very close to the beautiful beach. The host was great. There is a nice pond outback if you fish. There is some road noise and it could use some black out shades in the master. This condo was much better stocked with spices, coffee, and good utensils compared to where we usually stayed. We always bring our own spices and coffee, but would not have had to at this condo so that was nice. Overall a good stay. Thanks for having us.

Spring break

We had a great time! Property was exactly as described. We enjoyed the beach, pool and hot tub. Kids really enjoyed the family game nights. Good choice of games was provided. Host was quick with responses to our questions. Would love to come back.

Perfect getaway

Such a beautiful home, everything supplied was just right. Fully stocked kitchen with anything you might need. Primary suite was just what I needed, comfortable bed, soaker tub and large shower. Within steps of the beach where I watched gorgeous sunsets every night! The hosts were always attentive and answered questions quickly. The booking was easy. Definitely will be going back every September moving forward.

Perfect Condo!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous. It was very homey and the kitchen was fantastic for preparing meals. Even though we spent most of our time outdoors, it was amazing. Pool area was nice and the location was excellent. Best hosts ever.

First time at Mexico Beach

Loved the communication with Wendy! She went above and beyond with her availability! Everyone we met here was super friendly! Loved the area! But- a few things I would remember before coming here..you must drive to find a place to eat. There's not much here right now.. We loved going to Pt.St.Joe!! Mango Marley's is local but way overpriced for the small portions and not tasty. The little shops are quaint and fun to go in.. However, we waited about 50 minutes for coffee at the little coffee shop. (They were trying their best but it was so crowded due to nowhere else to go.) We love the beach equipment, but it might be time to update/repair some of the items- tent, cooler, chairs. The guest bath might need some TLC soon, too. The tub would not drain and it was filling up during showers. These are all just minor suggestions that would not make or break a vacation..just worth mentioning. Overall- we loved the condo-very spacious and clean!

Lovely

We had a wonderful stay at the Summerhouse. Location was great - very easy access to the beach and a quarter mile from the little shops. The property has a quiet relaxed vibe and we loved the pool area with ocean view. The host is friendly and responsive, but we didn’t need much assistance - everything is as described in the listing and we had everything we needed for a lovely family holiday.

Just a little break!!

Our family has been so busy. I have been going through lots of medical appointments, helping with grandchildren, and being diagnosed with cancer….the stress level has been very high. The condo was just what was needed. Great seafood in the area and strolling on the beach was great too!! We’ll be back!

Great get away

Great property directly across from the beach. A fully stocked kitchen and very clean. The area is very laid back and not crowded and the people are very nice. Highly recommend for a nice relaxing get away.
