Great place

Great, spacious home. Very welcoming and comfortable. Good proximity to beach, could have walked but we chose to drive because we took our dog and dogs not allowed on Mexico Beach but are a few blocks further down. Would definitely return to the area and this home.

Great Space for the Whole Family

Very spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated inside. We had everything we needed. We were a short walk from the beach.. but were thankful to have a golf cart to haul the babies and all their stuff back and forth. The screened porch was great for enjoying being outside away from the bugs. We would definitely stay here again. You should know that although this is a golf cart friendly community.. they still require you to purchase a permit from City Hall. We were unaware and were pulled over because we didn’t have the permit (green sticker) on our cart. The officer was very kind and told us what to do in order to get one. They can be purchased online.

The perfect place!

This place is exactly what you’re looking for! The house is clean and well stocked. The beds and bathrooms are great, and there’s plenty of space for 10 people. The walk to the beach is flat, quick, and ends in a super easy ramp to the sand. This is one of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed in!

Great vacation house!

This was my first time staying at Mexico Beach. The house exceeded all my expectations. Everything was very clean and well organized. There was also lots of beach gear left so was an added nice surprise. And the location was perfect! I can't wait to stay again.

Perfect for our Large Group

We took a multi family vacation, and this house hit all the marks. Large open concept. The kids enjoyed the board games stocked in the house. Plenty of beds. Plenty of hot water. Very nicely stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels for all guests. The large screened in back deck was wonderful of the evenings. Quick walk to the beach. Close to convenience stores. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking space.The communication with the property manager was always great. They were very responsive and accommodating to a request made before check in which our group definitely appreciated. The house was clean upon arrival. I really don't have anything negative to say about it. We would definitely add to our list of places to stay again.

You can tell this is managed by an agency & not a home owner. Bare minimum provided: no coffee filters, 1 extra trash bag, 1 roll of cheap TP per bathroom, etc. The personal touch is missing. Also - carefully read the pet clause. I took 2 pets, I was charged over $280 ($140 each). As worded, I felt it should be $140 for 2 pets. The location is great and the house layout is good for a large group.

Home Away From Home!

Beautiful, clean, amazing place to stay. My husband and I took both our mother's ages 82 & 92 and our furbabies for a week. We had everything we needed, including a short walk to the Beach and a great back yard. Hope to go again soon.

One of the BEST I’ve ever stayed in

We’ve stayed in several rentals in Mexico Beach and this was by far one of the best. Great location as it is walking distance or very short drive to beach. If you have a party of 8-10 and want reasonably priced accommodations, this is the place to stay.
