The property was definitely for a family with a lot of children. The dishwasher wasn’t mounted. I opened it and it fell out. Lamps needed replaced. No knobs on those. Living room needed updated. It was a great location, but suited for lots of children

My wife and I had the best vacation at The Barrier Dunes this year. The house was clean, and everything you need to cook with in the kitchen. We also grilled pompano, that we caught from the beach, on the back porch. Perfect Vacation! Thank you!

The townhouse is good value for the price, located steps from the beach, plenty of spaces to sleep and the complex is wonderful. While it could use some updating, all in all a nice place!

Perfect proximity to beach and state park. The onsite pool was nice. And we were able to walk to Coneheads. The outside sprinkler system was poorly timed and positioned. It would come on at 8am and we would get soaked getting in the car to go to breakfast.

Perfect Spot

Great pet friendly unit close to the beach. Great views. This is our second year coming to csb and we are in love with this gated community. My only complaint is the shower is super tiny. Will more than likely book this unit again!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay. It is a prime location. The house is well stocked with amenities. I would recommend staying there again however there were a few issues. Home is a little outdated. The lack of actual locks on the glass sliding doors was not the safest. And upon arriving we noticed the cables to the tv in the living room had been ripped out. We contacted property management and they never came to fix it. Luckily we were not there to watch a lot of tv but it was frustrating to not have them even fix it.

Wonderful stay

Overall our stay was fantastic. The door code we were given did not work but they did provide a backup door code that did, so we didn’t have to bother management about it. The location was perfect. We could see the gulf from our living room and we were steps from the boardwalk to the beach. We were also very close to one of the pools as well. The beds were comfortable. The unit is a little dated but completely functional. The shower head in the master bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. It works, but it’s not ideal. The guest shower was much better. We also found sand all over the chair cushions at the dining table. We dusted them off and let it be. Lastly, there was sand all in the freshly made bed/sheets on one of the bottom bunks. I’m not sure if some cleaning was overlooked because it was a holiday weekend or not, but again, we cleaned it off and moved on. Also, some of the kitchen amenities could be updated. The main frying pan has a broken/loose handle and no real utensils for the grill. Again, all worked fine for us, but depends on what your expectations are. Overall we would absolutely stay again, even with the few minor things we noticed. The process was seamless and the vacation itself was priceless.

Nice and convenient place to stay.

We enjoyed it very much. Had beautiful weather. House very nice. Upstairs bright and freshly painted. Downstairs felt dark and uncomfortable seating. Kitchen nice and well equipped. None of the tv’s worked. We got help with the main one. Hope this doesn’t sound negative…just being honest. Ps…linens and towels plentiful

Great place to stay at Cape San Blas

The property was perfect for my family. It's located minutes outside of the state park which we went to frequently. The beach is a several minute walk with a walking ramp close by. We used the walking ramp to roll our beach cart down. It made things much easier.

Very nice unit with plenty of room and beds for our family of 5. Shower with good pressure. Cool enough to sleep comfortably. Good big ice maker in the freezer to fill a cooler. Can see a slice of beach and ocean from the back windows. Small hiccup with the electronic lock where our code didn’t work. We arrived after closing for the sunshine vacation rentals place and they took an hour to get back to me about getting in the unit. However, I also had an email from a nice lady named Pat who texted me back in about 15min and got us in the unit- which was very helpful as I had a bunch of groceries from Port St Joe melting in my car. We had a great time here and would definitely return to SeaClusion!

Really a lovely, laid back spot

We had a great vacation at Sea-clusion and are glad we booked it. Sea-clusion is clean and laid back, the location is outstanding (105 steps from the deck to the sand!) and Barrier Dunes is a quiet and comfy spot to be. We had a couple issues, mostly the dishwasher, which we weren't able to really use during our stay; management was responsive, but the fix took longer than we would be there. The location and good vibes of Sea-clusion made the trade off worth it. I'm really glad we booked and will go back. Note: If you're looking for a place with all the latest bells and whistles, this isn't for you.

Wonderful Stay!

We have fallen in love with this place. Absolutely had a blast. The location, the property, the owners, all top notch. If I had to pick one negative…the fridge smelled overwhelmingly like old fish which wasn’t super appetizing. Overall, would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect Escape with Amenities

This place was the perfect getaway! It has the feel of your own home with the amenities you want from a neighborhood. Two pools were great, playground was awesome for the kids and the condo is a simple walk to the beach. Everything you need is there! They have the beach chairs and umbrellas and even a cooler! There’s also a beach buggy to carry all your things. Plenty of room and space for our family of 7 plus some left over. We will definitely be back!
