Let me start by saying the house is fine. It’s clean, well situated close to town. The kitchen is a little sparse but wasn’t a big deal as we are are out most evenings. My one star rating is for the property management group. We had several incidents occur including no internet, unexpected lawn and pool services. One of which walked into the backyard with no notice and scared me and my son. Then upon check out someone texted me a photo saying we damaged furniture and charged the card on file 250. Which we did not damage anything so I immediately called to discuss at which point I left a message. She texted me back why it was charged and told me to dispute my card if I had an issue. I texted back and left another voicemail asking her to call me as I wanted to get it resolved with them but no response phone or text. I will have to dispute the charge on file. But I hope the owner reads this and is able to choose a different company to work with as I won’t be back nor will I rent with anyone under that management company. If you’re willing to take the risk - go ahead. But don’t deal with new wave property management unless you want poor service during your stay and unapproved charges without notice.
