We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful beach house! The updates throughout the home were wonderful, and everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach with amazing views and plenty of space to relax.The house was stocked with everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to beach gear and all the little conveniences that made our trip easy and enjoyable. We especially loved the spacious decks, the peaceful atmosphere, and how close we were to the water. I've been coming to the Cape with my husband for years, and he's been coming since he was a kid, and this was one of our best stays!Don and Sarah were fantastic hosts—responsive, friendly, and truly invested in making sure we had a great stay. We didn’t want to leave, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

From the beginning, we have had nothing but great feedback and communication from the host. Don answered all of my questions and worked very closely with me to work through an error on VRBO's part. When traveling across the country for a week's stay is overwhelming not knowing if things will be worked out when you get to the home. This home is beautiful. New appliances, updated everything, lush towels, all beach gear including chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and a wagon. The neighborhood was quiet and just behind the oceanfront. Very few steps to the beach. We could view the sunsets in the evening from our balconies. The pool table and video games were a huge hit for our 80's husbands who are not beach bums like the rest of us. Nobody complained of ANYTHING the whole week. There is also an extra full sized refrigerator right inside the entrance which is able to hold drinks and ice for the beach or your left overs from a night of eating out.We walked in to snacks and items provided that have never been provided for us at other homes: coffee, creamer, paper towels, plenty of toilet paper, snacks for our stay, spices and condiments, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. They thought of it all. And everything is new and refreshed. The new owner made sure this was a house you want to come back to. We spent afternoons on the beach, mornings on the balconies, and evenings playing games and doing puzzles in the dining room. Five stars without a doubt.

This was our 14th year vacationing at CSB. Several years were spent at the triplex directly in front of this property. In fact, we saw this property as it was being built. We’ve always loved this location and its proximity to the beach and the Tradin’ Post. This home has stunning gulf views! The walk to the beach is easy and accessible for those with limited mobility. The home was very clean and comfortable. The lower level was equipped with a full size refrigerator, a room with four twin beds, a PAC Man game, and full bath. The main level has a massive TV, comfortable seating, a dining room table for 8, a fully enclosed balcony overlooking the gulf, and a well-stocked kitchen. There’s a half bath on the main floor and a closet with some cleaning supplies and a pack-n-play. The highest level has a full bath and three beautiful rooms with king sized beds. Two of the rooms face the gulf and have another fully enclosed balcony furnished with Adirondack chairs where you can watch the sun set. The bay side room has one window that can easily be shaded for that early rising sun. The rooms all have smart TVs affixed to the walls. The laundry is also on this floor. Overall, we LOVED this home. It was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our needs. There’s enough space for about 4 vehicles and there were probably 6 or so beach chairs and a wagon. The lower level included a basket of beach towels (10 or so). Communication with Donald was easy and enjoyable! We’ll be back again!

This property is in a wonderful Location, steps from the beach and beautiful sunsets watched from the multiple decks each night. It has a well equipped kitchen if you like to cook which we did almost every night of our 10 day stay. Donald, our Host was very quick to reply to any questions I had and was very flexible. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for wonderful memories made this year at the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The host is attentive and responds quickly to messages. It is a quick walk to the uncrowded beach, a donuts bakery, or an ice cream shop that serves generous portions, and a short drive to a small gas and grocery store should you forget something. There are many locally-owned seafood restaurants serving fresh shrimp, oysters, and fish. The main level had an open floor plan with a comfortable and spacious seating. The balcony offered ample space to relax with a book or socialize. The dining table converted to a pool table for after-dinner fun. We were pleased that there is a bathroom located on each floor, and a large-screen HDTV in the living area as well as each bedroom. The bedrooms are quiet; when we retired to our King size bed, we were not bothered by noise from other guests, the hall laundry, or thunderstorms outside. The wi-fi network that worked fine despite our numerous streaming devices. The kitchen is well appointed with crock pot, a 4-slot toaster, a microwave, coffee pot, and ice maker. An outdoor gas grill was available. A downstairs refrigerator let us grab water or ice on our way out the door, and we used the garden wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys available on the carport. It was a wonderful vacation destination.

Amazing Beach House!

We absolutely loved this home! My husband and I are already talking about planning another trip back! It was plenty of space for our family of 10. We loved the beach chairs and wagons that were provided. The walk to the beach was amazing! It was so simple to pack a wagon and go back and forth to the house. The outdoor shower is perfect! We were all able to wash our feet before entering the house. There is plenty of space to park 4 vehicles. The decks have nice chairs and amazing views! The kitchen was well stocked and the large pantry had plenty of room for our groceries. We enjoyed the coffee bar and the provided coffee. The beach towels and flashlights were an added bonus! We hunted for crabs on the beach at night and we witnessed a baby sea turtle making his way to the ocean!!! The new gas grill was perfect. We grilled chicken one evening. The kids loved the PAC man game in the downstairs room. We loved the large screen televisions in each room. We were able to easily sign into our DisneyPlus accounts and other apps. We loved having a washer and dryer upstairs to do laundry! The three king size beds were comfortable. We loved the bedding and decor. The house is conveniently located within a short walk to a seafood restaurant, ice cream/coffee/donut shop, and a Trading Post (shop that has groceries and anything else you need)! The owners were wonderful and responded to any questions we had before and during our trip! We highly recommend this home in Cape San Blas!
