Beautiful place great neighborhood.

I have a cleaning business and I cleaned before we got a shower. Sweep the carport and put everything where it was supposed to go. Cleaned up cigarettes off the lawn. Cleaned ceiling fans The fans in the bathroom. I loved staying but I pay for someone to clean and it should be clean when you get there. Thanks Teresa

Beach home review

We loved our stay. I think there were some things within the home that needed more attention that we notified the owner of, such as main gas grill being so dirty/old that we didn’t want to use it (luckily there was a charcoal grill there that we just bought charcoal for), tons of sand in the garage that needed to be blown out, an old full milk jug in the garage fridge from 6 months prior, and a few home items that weren’t closing or working properly. We loved the spacious room in the home, but we feel like the owner or management company could have done a more thorough job keeping the home up to date and clean between renters. We loved the neighborhood, the beach and the location.

Amazing

We had a wonderful stay! We had 4 adults and 3 children ages (11, 9, and 7) plus dogs. We all had more than enough room. We ate in most days and had more than enough kitchen items. We love the neighborhood and walk ability. We used the bikes a few times too! We will definitely be back soon!

Ample room for 9

The house is situated in close walk proximity (5 min) to the beach/pool/community shops) . We were concerned about the size of house with 9 family members and two dogs but when we arrived it’s ample room with nice open floor plan with kitchen/family room/ dinette set seats 6 but has 2 extra chairs to sit 8 people around the table. House had 4 bikes/several beach chairs /floaties/etc… in the garage. Had Minor issue with gas grill but host has stated they are fixing the issue. Overall great house & location near beach/pool. Would recommend to anyone with large family or group of people. Oh and the A/C worked very well keeping everyone cool during the day and at night.

Family vacation in Port st Joe

Great little area especially for families and kids!! The house is extremely well decorated and designed. There are TVS in every room for the adults and kids. The neighborhood is really nice and you can walk to the beach and community pool or rent a golf cart. We had a great time!!! The owner was wonderful and got in touch with me the minute I arrived!!

Perfect family vacation

Neil was very responsive. The house was perfect for our family and really enjoyed the pool onsite. The grandsons loved the Pac-Man game in the bunk room which they shared. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary on a long weekend here. We loved the house, the community and the short walk to the relaxing beach. This quiet community is perfect for couples or a family. We will be coming back!

Amazing Experience

If I could give more stars I would. First, Neil is an exceptional host who is a fantastic communicator. Every step of the way he was helpful and encouraging providing helpful ideas for our family trip. Windmark, insane. Such a great spot for a family of 12’to connect and recharge. The house is well equipped with lots of beach things and comfortable accommodations. There’s some minor construction issues happening around the neighborhood but don’t let that sway your good time. Book this house and enjoy one of the best weeks of your life.

Neil is a fabulous host and manager! Response time is fantastic!!! I would use him in the future with any of his properties! Home is well stocked and an easy stroll to resturant and bar in Windmark!

Family friendly

This was an excellent property for a family. We had 5 children ages 6 months to 9 years old. It was clean and well decorated without too many things to worry about our younger children potentially breaking (those with littles know!). Great location! The playground at the pool was nice and my oldest loved having a bike to ride. The ameneties included for the beach were great (cart, chairs, toys). Highly recommend!

Eek, bugs! 😬

The property itself worked well for us to visit St Joe Bay to do some scalloping, BUT when we arrived on Friday afternoon we noted that there were several bugs, both dead and alive in the home. I immediately let the manager of the property know. As we were leaving for dinner, we noted a spider on the wall. We aren’t too fussy of guests (maybe we should be fussier!), so I killed it and moved on. Later my wife told me she had seen a spider by the coffee maker but just didn’t say anything, thinking it was an isolated issue. We also let the PM know in real time that these two instances had occurred. The next morning, there was ANOTHER spider crawling across the bathroom floor. I immediately notified the PM and requested someone come spray since we were going to be staying another night. Also at that time, I let him know about the non-functional dryer (which he said they would look at after we checked out). After several hours, we were notified that there were not any exterminators available that day (Monday at the earliest), but they would drop off some bug spray if we’d like. We rent our beach house too, and I would have been super apologetic and offered to buy dinner or something, but no (and no, I didn’t ask). Anyway, without the spiders/bugs/non-working dryer, I think the house is fine for what we were looking for. The community seems nice, and the video game in the bunk room was a big hit! I wish the PM had been more proactive with trying to make things right.

5 STARS ALL AROUND

This place was amazing. We had 10 people 6 were children stay here and we didn’t feel all close together. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen was stocked with all kinds of cooking stuff we needed and some we didn’t need. Tons of beach toys, bikes, wagons, a quick walk to the beach and shopping. We will definitely be back!

Windmark Beach is great place to stay!

Close to main road leading to beach/pool/restaurants. 5 minutes to dowtown PSJ, 5 minutes to Mexico Beach. Calm ocean water, no riptides! Restaurants/grocery affordable compared to other Florida areas. Not very busy!
