We LOVED our stay in Port St. Joe! Such a beautiful home with everything we needed! We enjoy cooking our own meals and we were able to do so there because Amy’s house had everything we needed! Amy was a pleasure to work with and we will most definitely stay at her place again! Great location too!

PSJ Off the Beaten Path

If you’re looking for a non commercialized escape, Nash in the Sand is just that. Quiet, Secluded, and Personal. We enjoyed our time at this property and the adjacent towns. Fun and relaxing, very nice beaches, and short drives to restaurants.

WONDERFUL PLACE!

The property was beautiful, the house was A+ and there were snacks and food in the fridge when we arrived so that was a very pleasant surprise after a long drive! My kids said it was the nicest place we've ever stayed and we have been vacationing for 20 yrs so thats a big deal 😊

Beautiful house

The house was so nice. My only issue was the beach access. It was access to the bay and it was pretty far away. The golf cart was nice and made the trip easier. We just drove down to the cape so we could be ocean side. It was nice!

Great weekend!

We really enjoyed the house. It had all the amenities that we needed. Amazing Location with great walking trails golf cart trails. Not far at all from the center great neighborhood. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

We loved it!

We stay at PSJ/CSB annually and this was our first stay at this property. We loved it- the house was clean and very well stocked, and the golf cart was a win all around. Windmark has a great “town center” with a pool and mercantile shop, so we never had to get in our vehicles and drive anyway. There are some trails for beach access once you leave the neighborhood. I suggest hitting these trails versus going all the way into Windmark for your beach access. Windmark is very obstructed by the cape so the water isn’t clear or pretty. The trails that are directly to your right when you leave the neighborhood (turning left onto the main road to Windmark on the golf cart) take you into more “Gulf” water, so it’s clear and beautiful. The house does offer a beach wagon for convenience. We’d stay again.

Great house for a family vacation

The property was well equipped, clean and spacious. Plenty of room for my family with 2 teens who don’t want to share a room and my parents. The golf cart was a nice bonus! The neighborhood was great! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

We truly enjoyed staying here! It is a great location with everything we needed and more! I was very impressed by everything it had to offer. From everything we needed for the beach, golf cart, outdoor and indoor games, to even having plenty of linens without having to worry about bringing extra. It was awesome! We could have just packed our clothing and food and we would have had everything else we needed for our stay already there! I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Worderful time at Windmark Port Saint Joe

This was a wonderful property! It was very well appointed. We had everything we needed and more. The large gif cart made getting to the pool and beach a great deal of fun. Amy was great as well. Very helpful and responsive! We loved all of the natural area in Port Sait Joe as well as the small beach town vibe. We would definitely go back!

Amazing!

The property was even better in person. The community was small but mighty. Lots of fun things to do, and taking the cart was an added bonus! Lots of cute restaurants at the community center. It was about a 45-60 min drive to PCB where we took the teens to go karts and shopping. Other than that, there was no reason to leave! There were several beaches we could pull off and go to, and one where we rented jet skis and banana boat. Definitely worth the trip there!! I had issues with my VRBO app, and Amy, the owner, responded immediately to any question I had. She was great! She had the house stocked and ready to go better than I could ever imagined! It was my husband and me, and 4 teens. Zero complaints from anyone!

Beautiful Area

House comes with everything you need except yourself and food! Very well laid out. Beautiful home and area. Golf cart is a great bonus. Makes it even easier to access the secluded beach. Hope to stay here many more times. The hustle and bustle of PCB is only 30-45 minute drive away. If you’re looking for privacy and relaxation, this is it. Be sure to visit Port St Joe for all their little shops and restaurants.
