  • CASA DELANTERA DEL GOLFO EN CAPE SAN BLAS Attitude Adjustment es una hermosa casa frente a la playa con 6 habitaciones / 4. 5 baños ubicada en Cape San Blas. Esta casa tiene un plan de piso muy abierto con toneladas de espacio habitable para acomodar hasta 19 personas. En el primer nivel, se encuentra una cocina cómoda tamaño con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimera de granito. La cocina está abierta al comedor y sala de estar, por lo que nunca siente que está perdiendo en las conversaciones en tiempo de la familia. Dos de las habitaciones se encuentran en el primer piso y los otros tres están en la 2ª planta. Tres de las habitaciones cuentan con camas King, una habitación con una cama doble y una cama Queen, una habitación con dos camas gemelas y la sexta tiene dos camas individuales con dos camas individuales y una litera con una cama nido. Ajuste de Actitud tiene Wi-Fi gratuita y de larga distancia.

The property itself and the location is everything it promises. The first 21 hours of our stay was marred by construction on the beach where the house has direct access. We were traveling with small children & the hike around that construction to get to the beach wasn’t pleasant. But once they moved further down the beach, (blocking someone else’s vacation, I’m sure), it was an idyllic setting and time.

Great location for large family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thought it was a beautiful home and great location. Had adequate space for all 12 members of our family. Everything was clean and organized upon arrival. There were some repairs needed: broken screens in master bedroom, no remote for fan in master bedroom, mattress and pillows could be improved, downstairs sliding door very difficult to open looks like termites in the frame, outdoor shower door wouldn't close properly.All these are minor issues. Overall we loved the house and beach location!

House was exactly as stated, very clean, great space. Only 2 issues. #1 they are mid beach refurbishment. I thought it would be done (which is on me) but having a construction site on the beach with you isnt great- though not the owners fault. #2. We had a service call every day we were there. Maybe this was coincidence but it was frusterating. The air stopped working x2, one of the fans wouldnt work, the door lock sticks so we couldnt get in the one night, etc. the hosts were very responsive but its aggravating when you are on vacay and having to call for maintenance daily.

Great house for a family vacation. I think k this was the best stocked kitchen in any house I’ve ever stayed. It had everything that you could have needed down to the Tupperware. The elevator was especially helpful for the family elders that came too. Beach was right there I front of the house. It was perfect.

Wonderful surprise for our first Florida vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice but needed a little more maintenance and attention to detail. The remotes didn’t match up with the tv’s or lights; the tub drain stopper didn’t fit; the elevator doorway needed repair on the crumbling floor. We really loved being on the beach but the construction was right outside our house the last two days. I was in a wheelchair and was only able to be pushed to the water’s edge once. Not your fault but it was still so good. I would definitely recommend it and I would love to go back again someday. Thank you so very much.

The beach was beautiful, close, and great to explore. The property itself was very large and accommodated our large group really well, but did have some flaws. The floors were VERY dirty, and even the table was pretty dirty—every time you wiped it, the wipe came away black. When getting ready to leave, we discovered that the couch crevices were full of old goldfish, candies, and other garbage. The elevator was also very handy, but had a crumbling edge with large holes that was dangerous for small dogs and children. There were also just maintenance issues—loose toilet paper holders, non-working outlets and fans, etc. Overall, it was a comfortable house and a great location, but I’m not sure we’d stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family booked with Coastal Joes for our family vacation and stayed in Attitude Adjustment in May 2026. We all are ready to go back. The house was perfect for our big family of 8 adults and 5 children and with pups. All the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We had so much room to spread out and we loved the minimal feel especially with 2 one year olds taking up the living room floor with toys. The beach is so beautiful and is very big now with the restoration finished. No one had any issues or complaints at all. Our family takes big family vacations and this was the most relaxing trip we've ever taken and the house was perfect for us. Coastal Joe made a last minute change for us with booking due to the equipment and rocks in front of the rental we originally booked. I will definitely book with Coastal Joe again. They were easy to communicate with and answered all my questions and did everything to make our family vacation a good one. We all highly recommend Attitude Adjustment and Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals

A great week at the beach with family

The house is well maintained and appointed however a larger refrigerator in keeping with a house that rents for 19 would be appreciated. The ice machine was great.

Quiet Beachfront Escape

We had a great time! The house is well appointed & very spacious. Recommended for a multi-family vacation option. The host communication was great, and the check in & out process was easy. I would stay here again. Enjoyed the added bonus of complimentary equipment such as bikes or beach chairs you can select before travelling, which made planning and packing even easier. We chose bikes and rode up and down the cape on the paved trails. Book this with confidence! Great location & everything is as advertised or better.

2023 Family Vacation

Just a couple things that need to be addressed, house cleanliness(floors) were terrible, to the point of black feet, there is a definite need for railings in the staircase, and the railing on the dune walk over the left side is unattached.

Absolutely Perfect in every way!

The location of this property was perfect. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous and you couldn’t be any closer to the beach. The house is practically brand new and was decorated so cute. We had a large group with several families and kids of all ages. This house had plenty room for us. The kitchen is huge and we had plenty of room for eating meals together. There is NOT one bad thing to say about this place. 100 perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was well furnished, especially the kitchen. The elevator was a tremendous help. The only thing that would have made it better would be a kitchenette on the third floor.

Beds were basically air mattresses on frames that made loud noises everytime you moved. Door to balcony required a man to open or close. Mold on ceiling in more than one bathroom on ceiling and around vents

Work Weekend Vacation

We decided to treat our 5 employees to a visit to the Cape on our way home from a Convention in Orlando. We only stayed for 3 nights, but the house was perfect for our crew. We wish that we could have stayed longer. The house was beautifully decorated and the elevator was very handy for getting all of our luggage upstairs. I absolutely love the kitchen! The master bedroom and bathroom were pretty amazing too! Having a private balcony from the master bedroom overlooking the ocean was a very nice amenity. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Beautiful beach house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time we have stayed in this home. The owner keeps the home in tip top shape and open floor plan is conducive for family and friends to enjoy each other. The elevator is great for luggage and groceries to be brought up or for anyone with mobility issues as it services all floors. Home is close to the Trading Post, Weber donuts and is located in a low density area of the beach so you can spread out. Private boardwalk provides easy access to the beach. Coastal Joe is always happy to assist with any needs and we wouldn’t rent from anyone else.

For a house that sleeps 19 it had a punny little gas grill. asked Coastal Joe's about getting a bigger grill--they were no help--which is unusal for them.

Very nice house but…

House is great. Obvious renovation after hurricane Michael. Very spacious and comfortable. Great views and location. Unfortunately, the house just wasn’t very clean. We were covered in dog hair constantly. Enough dander that it affected breathing. Told office about it when checking out. She really didn’t seem to care. Didn’t even apologize. If you live with dogs that shed, or don’t care, give it a look. Otherwise move on to a pet free/hair free property. We needed an elevator so choices were slim.

OUR FAMILY VACATION TRIP TO CAPE SAN BLAS

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beach house was built in the perfect location. We loved this area. We did have a few problems.The hot water heater went out two times before it was fixed on the second attempt but we were out of hot water for 2 days in half the house. THE BIG PROBLEM WAS THE DISHWASHER WENT OUT ON WEDNESDAY AND NOT FIXED OR REPLACED. We did not have a dishwasher from Wednesday through Saturday. The house was clean and spacious with lots of open area. The balcony upper and lower were great. The elevator was very nice. Overall good but not having hot water for showers 2 days and no dishwasher for 4 days was so bad. We vacation every year in this area . I don’t think we would rent this place again because if the service for repairs.

Wonderful Pet Friendly House. Best vacation in years!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house. Definitely the cleanest house we have stayed in at CSB. We were here in the Spring of 2024. We loved the location right next to the beach, and because of where it is (at the very bottom of the cape), there is little foot traffic. It was very quiet and there were plenty of shells and driftwood. We have 2 miniature dachshunds and they both loved it as well. The internet was fast enough to get in some business calls with video, so that was very nice. The kitchen and living area is one big open area with amazing views of the sunset. There are two decks on each side of the house (so 4 total). There is an ice machine in the house which was an added bonus. There is filtered water from the fridge. There were stumps in the surf here, but you can walk down the beach a bit of you want to avoid them. I took off one star for general condition because the elevator never worked when we were there. (They tried to fix it, but to no avail.) Outside of that, the house was in great condition. We will definitely consider it again.
