    The best beach memories await in this private home in Mexico Beach. A spacious layout and gorgeous decor greet guests as they enter this home. The fully equipped kitchen and large dining area are perfect for preparing meals and gathering together - take dinner out to the screened-in porch and enjoy the breeze. A large deck with lots of seating for everyone is a great place to spend time after a day of fun in the sun.



    What's nearby:

    The sandy beaches and beautiful water of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short 0.2 mile walk from this home. Guests can access the public beach access and sit beachside and watch for playful dolphins in the surf. Enjoy dining on local seafood at nearby restaurants like Triple Tails Seafood and Toucan's of Mexico Beach, or take a drive into Panama City Beach (just over 35 miles away) for more dining and shopping options.

Me encantó es muy hermosa la casa tuve una paz trankila y en buen lugar la verdad todo fue de maravilla trankila y sin bulla y sin que nadie llegue a molestar la verdad es una hermosa casa y tiene todo lo que necesitamos super casa la volvería a rentar si volviera a ir de vacaciones 🥰

Mermaid Manor is great

The house was open and airy with great, peaceful neighborhoods. Close to the beach! The manager was very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again!

Great location

Loved that it was a short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Could not get some lights turned on. Location of switches confusing. Grills not useable thou advertised in ad. Overall a great experience. I would stay there again.

Beautiful House But Trash Outside and In Yard

We had a nice stay w two families. House was nice and we enjoyed getting to use the grill. The one downside, which was a bit troubling, was there was trash all over the yard. We called and wrote the management company, and to their credit, the next day they had someone pick up the overflowing trash bins. The trash in the back yard and side yard was not however picked up - we picked up much of it ourselves. After a few days, we discovered there is a small black bear living in the neighborhood; we notify the management company and informed them they need bear, proof, trash, cans we also spoke with the neighbor, and he indicated we also had three raccoons. Who could imagine! In the end, the bear and raccoon made an enormous mess - we ended up keeping the trash in the house. One final note - the house has a for sale sign. I believe the owner has called it quits on the house. We enjoyed our stay - house and porch (and grill in back) we’re nice. The master king Bed needs to be replaced. In the meantime d, a bit of a mixed bag. This was our third stay in Mexico Bewch in two years and this would be at the bottom of my list - but the company we had made the trip great.

Awesome place! I love it! The wildlife in the back is fantastic, so many birds, and the house is great, for sure I’ll come back soon!

Nice House

Some things were missing like ironing board. Only one small bar of soap in each bathroom. not enough to wash hands and bathe.

Great affordable vacation home

Great location. Clean and spacious for 9 of us. 5 adults and four kiddos. We had to fix a couple of the door handles upon arrival and the blender was broken, and the no propane for the propane grill, but a new charcoal grill was dropped off during our stay, but all minor issues. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

Quiet location

This property is located at the end of Georgia Avenue very quiet location beautiful house very clean. Screened in front porch is wonderful for babies to play. We once lived on Georgia Avenue and we knew it was a wonderful neighborhood. Will be back again. If you go, make sure you eat at Joe Mama’s Pizza in Port Saint Joe! we ate there twice😀

Great Space

The location was perfect. It is in a quiet neighborhood that’s a short walk to the beach. The house was beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed. The king sized and queen sized bed are VERY firm. Adding a quality mattress topper would make the beds more tolerable. However, the twin sized beds were very comfortable-some adults in our party had to retreat to the twin sized beds in search of comfort. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Outstanding!

We loved Mermaid Manor! It’s even prettier than the pictures show! Ten of us fit comfortably and it was a quick walk to the beach. Not really a complaint, but just something to be aware of, if you plan to eat cereal, bring bowls- we could only find 2. Otherwise, our stay was fabulous.
