Baseline: Nearly Perfect with Inperfections

Overall, my family and I had a nice stay, and Brittany was mostly very responsive via text. The pictures are really worth a thousand words and tell the story of the property well, and it's positive. But I do have some frustrations, and they can all be filed under management of the property/situation. We did not receive a rental agreement until the day of check in. As such, we were well on our way to the house and I could have easily missed it. In this text it was also shared that the internet connectivity was spotty at times, even though it is clearly listed as an amenity on Vrbo. After we arrived and were pretty wiped out from a long drive, we sat down to watch some streaming TV, and it became a frequent issue. There were times it was unusable. The reviews from other guests have been glowing, with many raving of cleanliness. We have not found that to be the case. Drawers with crumbs, cabinet liners with mold-looking spots on them (kitchen), the lower bathroom's shower curtain has mold on it, and the outdoor sink was left with a dirty knife and emptied water bottles just left there. We are frequent renters of properties like this.I can understand a limited supply of consumable materials, like toilet paper, but this was surprisingly low. No paper towels were available despite a roll holder in the kitchen. Three dishwasher pods and no dish soap is odd. Hardly any trash bags, yet an expectation to take the trash out. The property is amazing, but not without its issues.

July 6th

This was our 9th summer at Searenity, and it was excellent as always. Property received a much needed freshening since our stay last summer. A few items still need updating but that is not uncommon for a 11 year old popular rental. Looking forward to next summer.

Indian Pass Vacation

Property was as described and very reasonably priced. Our second time staying at this Beachfront house and will not be our last. This year was a new coat of paint, new washer/dryer. Management service was both friendly and responsive. Overall, great stay.

Another Amazing Stay

This is probably the 5th or 6th time our family has stayed at Searenity for our family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms and baths, a clean and well maintained home, and privacy, privacy, privacy. No fighting for spots on the beautiful beach. An incredible value for an incredible beach home.

The home was just as pictured, beautifully decorated and lovely views. The screened decks were the best. There were many roaches in the kitchen but I left a note for the cleaning crew so hope they addressed that. I would suggest replacing face cloths, The ones we saw in the closet had certainly seen better days, very stained. With all that said, we had a great time and will reserve again when we go to the beach again.

Better than the pictures

We stayed for four nights and wish we had booked a longer stay. Our family loved the home - especially the screened porches. We found the kitchen well stocked with pots and pans. The home was clean and well kept. We used the elevator for two seniors in our party - it worked well and was extremely helpful. We would love to stay again.

5th time at this property

Once again, we had a great stay. This was our 5th time at this house and we will be staying again in 2026. It is the perfect layout and has everything we need. We have several people with mobility issues so the elevator is helpful. Love that it is 4 bedrooms and 4 baths.

Another great stay

This is our second time staying at this property. It is very clean and well supplied. Our group had 4 couples and the home has great gatherings spaces as well as a bedroom and a bathroom for each couple. The screen porch is a favorite spot. The beach is beautiful and there were only a few people on the beach each day. The only challenge we faced is it is hard to get the tv working properly. Other than that, our stay was excellent and we are already booked to come again next year.

Wonderful property!

This home is in such a great location. We had the extended family staying and it was helpful that each bedroom had its own bath. The washer and dryer were nice, and the kitchen/dining/living areas spacious and worked well with a group. The screened porches were fantastic with a fabulous view! Hurray for the elevator when transporting suitcases and groceries! The beach was uncrowded and the area interesting. We appreciated the use of beach chairs and baby items. Communication was excellent with a helpful, friendly, professional host.

Paradise!

Everything about the home and the location was paradise! The home was decorated impeccably and had everything needed to have a wonderful time. The screened porches were wonderful to sit out on and watch the sunset and afternoon storm clouds roll by. The most exciting thing for all of us over 60’s was the elevator! It made hauling our baggage, groceries, etc. a breeze. Well worth the additional cost! Thanks to the owner for providing us with such a great place to unwind. I look forward to staying there again soon.

Perfect for special needs families

Everyone in our family loved staying in this beach house. They had a pack n play and high chair, which was a great surprise since we had two babies. Highly recommend this house for special needs parents. The kids are safe on any balcony. The beach is very private. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Love this property!

Return Trip

This was the second time our family stayed at this house. It had everything we needed in a very quiet location for a great family vacation. We had to reach out to the property manager a couple of times during our week-long stay and every inquiry was responded to in a very timely fashion.
