There was an electrical issue in our bedroom and we had no lights for the duration of our stay. Thankfully we brought an extension cord and we made do using the bathroom outlet lol. There was a crib in the house (main reason we picked it) however there was no crib sheet provided. Again a random grab of our own crib sheet saved the day, the crib sheet and extension cord were 2 of the last things we grabbed as we left our house. Management company was great and did their best to get the electrical problem but it turned out to be a bigger issue than anticipated. Several things aren't quite back to normal after Michael as to be expected (outdoor shower, missing art with empty hooks, etc).
A few things that would have been great to know beforehand....
There are no ceiling fans in the entire house, if you need one to sleep, bring your own
Bring your own baby bedding if you need to use the crib
There's a wine fridge but no wine opener 🤷♀️
Stairs will need to have baby gates if you have littles, especially the stairs going from the kitchen down to the car port. We used one extra wide step through on the kitchen stairs and one of the cheapie wooden pop down super wide ones on the top floor where all the kids were sleeping
Beach access stairs have a gate which is awesome but the latch is very easy to work, bring a padlock if you have smart toddlers like ours
No water in fridge door, you will need to buy bottled if you don't want to drink tap water
Driveway is very sandy and hard to maneuver in small vehicles
