We loved our stay at this property. You are literally on the water. The view was amazing and the home was equipped with everything we needed. We built a fire on the beach a few nights , collected lots of seashells and watched a fisherman catch a shark. We got takeout because we didn't want to leave the amazing view. Sunsets from the deck were awesome!

Fell asleep to the sound of the waves crashing.

This location absolutely can't be beat! Just a few steps down the stairs and you are on the beach.The views are breathtaking and the house had everything that we needed and more! I would be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful home with amazing location literally steps from the sand and water! Even better than the pictures portrayed. Views from every place in the house, but the deck was hard to leave! Loved the house and the cape. Hoping to return soon! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

Captivated on the Cape

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE house with the best ocean/beach views by far! We loved the easy access to the beach, we had 4 kids under the age of 5 and it was awesome being able to store everything literally on the beach. Not having to cart everything down. The kitchen had every utensil/gadget you would need (even kid bowls and cups! The house even came with a storage tub full of beach toys!! All bedrooms had tvs with streaming apps which was super helpful for Saturday game day! Kyle was an absolutely wonderful host! He was super helpful and made the entire process very easy! We’ve been coming to the Cape the last 10 years and this house by far has been my favorite! We’re already looking to book it again!

Endless Summer

Endless Summer is a perfect name and was just what we were looking for for our family get together. It is right on the beach. A beautiful place to watch sunrises and sunsets. Kyle was very easy to work with and responded to my emails promptly. Many happy memories were made at Endless Summer.

Beachfront!!

Great location directly on the beach! Love the porch and plenty of room inside! Stocked kitchen and big living room area. Love all the windows and being able to look at the beach and listen to the waves from multiple rooms of the house! We highly enjoyed our vacation at this place and already wanting to return!

Beach trip

This property is as advertised - on the water. There was a spring storm that came in and caused pretty significant beach erosion around and under the home. Kyle came to make sure everything was ok and offered to relocate us. We chose to stay and enjoyed our time. You will not get a property more on the beach / water than this one.

The best!

We went down with close family friends to your wonderful home! I couldn’t believe how gorgeous the house was! It had all the comforts of home and being right on the beach was such a plus with the kids! There was a lot of room for everyone when we were inside lounging and you couldn’t beat the views! We hope to be back next year and make this an annual stay!

We visited for my mom & brothers milestone birthday. The beach house was wonderful! Excellent location. The only issue we had was the I never received the check-in email, but I was able to get in touch with the host quickly & had no more issues.

Family beachfront in Florida

Great location! We were a little disappointed that this was a duplex rather than a full house so we were a little more cramped than I thought we would be. Our only other comment is the property is definitely dated and the beds and bed linens were mediocre at best. Overall we loved our stay. Thanks!

Great family stay

We had a great time at the beach house. I’m certain we’ll live the rest of our lives and remember this house. You’ll never get closer to the water. We loved the beach decor, especially the shiplap in the great family living space. Loved the huge table that had seating for everyone plus! Amazing views up and down the beach. And we all loved having a campfire right in the sand. Thank you fir the great stay.

David’s 60th

This was a long weekend getaway for my husband and me. It was our anniversary and his 60th! You can’t get any closer to the water! Sitting out on the deck was our favorite thing…just watching the ocean. It was big enough for our entire family and will definitely be back!!

Is this house safe?

The overall impression from the listing and pictures is that this house is on the beach. This house actually has a corner that is in the ocean. While we were there, we had to leave because of Tropical Storm Fred. The ocean washed away the parking area underneath the house. It’s well know among locals and is watched to see if it falls in the sea with each storm. Beware if you’re staying there during a storm. Owners should make renters aware of this danger.
