    Bring the whole group - and the dog! - to this friendly, bright raised home. Relax in central air conditioning, or cook up something tasty in the brightly decorated full kitchen. The incredibly spacious screened-in porch is perfect for enjoying meals together or kicking back with a book. One bedroom features a desk workspace, so anyone with remote work or schooling doesn't have to worry. Guests of this home can also enjoy access to the shared community pool during their stay. Of course, the beach is also just a short walk away.

We loved the area. It was nice and quiet. The house was very spacious. It was a great place to stay and plan to go back next year!! The only thing that we had a problem with was the code getting in the door. It was extremely long. We had to pull the phone out and read it out to the other every time. Other than that everything else was perfect!

Our vacation get away

Had a wonderful time at Pelican Kiss Beach Cottage. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beach was a short distance and was simply gorgeous. Powder white sand and very secluded. We had a wonderful time.

Christmas stay 2024

This was a very relaxing. All the neighbors were nice to us while we were there. Beach wasn't much for handicapped accessibility which we would have liked but still very close and easy walking distance. The boardwalks were awesome. We didn't use the pool because of temps during December but would like to come back in the summer and enjoy that amenity as well. Awesome place with awesome accommodations. Loved our stay. God bless everyone involved with this rental.

Loved this place! Clean with everything you could need. My only complaint was that you could not turn the thermostat below 72 degrees, and it did get very warm in the house. I have a very hard time sleeping when I am hot, so I didn't sleep well. But other than that, it was great!

We had a great time during our stay at this property! The house was exceptionally clean , beds were comfortable, the kitchen and living room were spacious. The house is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, which is beautiful! We will be back. Only complaint is the outside landscape and deck need some cleaning up.
