    Enjoy unobstructed beach views through large windows that fill the open-concept living space with natural light. Step outside onto the expansive wrap-around deck to take in the soothing sounds of the surf and watch the waves roll in. A private boardwalk leads directly from the house to the beach, where you'll experience world-class wildlife-watching and fishing right at your doorstep. From peaceful sunrise strolls to breathtaking sunset views, every moment is unforgettable.



    The home is also a prime location for turtle hatching season—with three Olive Ridley turtle nests right along your stretch of beach, you'll have an exclusive view of this incredible natural event. And yes, your four-legged family members are welcome too—this home is dog-friendly!

    Ideally situated near the south end of St. Joseph Bay, you're just a short drive from some of the area's top attractions. Climb to the top of the St. Joe Lighthouse for sweeping views, just 11 miles north. Discover native wildlife and rugged natural beauty at the St. Vincent National Wildlife Refuge (8 miles east) or explore the trails and ecology at the St. Joseph Bay State Buffer Preserve Center (4 miles west).

Great location! Great view!

Property very clean, staff very helpful. Great deck, great location. Great view with very short walk to the beach. Will definitely be back.

Great location on the beach. Clean and comfortable. Small issue with wifi, which was resolved easily. Property is great, but communication with Vacasa was frustrating.

This house is great if you do not like crowded beaches. House is located in a small community with no public beach access. It was wonderful!

Great place to get away

Had a great time. The place has very easy beach access. Quiet neighborhood that has bounced back quickly from the hurricane last year. Store on Cape San Blasingame has everything you need and hopefully the Raw Bar will be open next time.

Beautiful, Peaceful Vacation

Everything was excellent. Great house and great location. Walk right out the door to the beach. Quiet surroundings. Plenty of nearby activities available.

Beach Weekend

Had a great time! The house was amazing and the view was incredible. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The cell service isn’t the best in the house but they have a house phone for calls and the WiFi worked wonderful.

We had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful view. The open floor plan was perfect and so was the dining table! The deck is a little hot during the day with no shade but the mornings and evenings are perfect! We saw dolphins every morning. We hope to be back next year!

PERFECT place to socially distance!!

This was our first time staying in Port St. Joe; we have always stayed in PCB, but this trip has given us a new favorite place to stay! We were at least 50 yards away from other people on the beach the entire time we were there. It was truly like being on a private beach. The proximity of the beach house to the beach was absolutely incredible also, and our family got to enjoy the beach more than we ever have before. We are already looking forward to our next trip here!

Much needed vacation!!!!!!

We thought the house and location were great. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed or wanted. We liked the wood on the inside of the house, like having a cabin at the beach. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating was because the cleaning crew did not do a very good job. But like I said, we loved the house and location and did not want to leave! We would like to stay there again.

Loved the location

We enjoyed our stay at As Pelicans Pass. It was fun to walk right out and be on the beach. The only thing that would have made the stay better was to have had some beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, sand toys) available to borrow and enough beach towels for each of us staying at the house. Since we flew, we weren’t able to bring anything like that with us.
