The property itself was pretty nice with a good layout and amount of space. My issues were with the amenities, communication and check-in/check-out process. The check in process needed to be changed and I was only notified by the app—I personally would’ve called to inform the person, especially when it changed the day off. Instead I had a moment of panic when there was no lock box and the code I was provided did not work. Had I not been able to get into my App or email, I would’ve been in real trouble. A call or text for such important information is warranted and necessary. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash and that was really frustrating. At 10am on check out day, someone was trying to get into the room while two of my kids were sleeping while I was at the pool with my other child because check out is at 11. I then felt rushed as the cleaner was waiting for us to get out (the cleaner was not rude at all). Overall, I would probably rent from someone else, but the property itself was very nice and clean—just make sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner and check your email since they don’t call or text….
