Sleeping Arrangements
This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. On the ground level, a cozy bedroom with a daybed and trundle offers two twin beds, perfect for easy access to the pool area. On the mid-level, the master bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bath, and access to a private gulf-view balcony where you can watch the waves roll in. Two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed, offer comfort and privacy, with smart TVs for a relaxed evening in. A shared full bath with double vanities and a tub/shower combo completes this floor.

Outdoor Living
Step outside to your private outdoor space, designed for sun-filled days and starry nights. The fully fenced backyard features a fire pit, ideal for gathering around with loved ones, and plenty of seating for lounging. Enjoy the Gulf breezes on one of the two decks, each offering breathtaking views. The upper deck includes a gas BBQ grill, perfect for sunset meals. If you prefer a swim, the private outdoor pool is available year-round, with the added option of heating from October through March for a small additional fee. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind in this tranquil setting.

Kitchen & Dining
The open-concept kitchen and dining area are perfect for shared meals and relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need—stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and a coffee maker. A Shore Delight is located in the forgotten Coast of St. Joe Beach (Gulf County beaches are pet friendly). We're located half a mile from Beautiful Mexico Beach, Fl, 19.5 miles from Cape San Blas, Fl and 7 miles to Port St Joe, Fl Shopping.

*NOTE:
The house has stairs to each level. There is NOT an elevator.

*NOTE:
The dining table accommodates six people, and adjacent to it is a bar area equipped with four stools.
Additionally, there is a pack-and-play available for use as a crib. We also provide a strap-on high chair and two baby gates.

*NOTE:
Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room allowing you to stream your favorite shows.

*NOTE:
Just a reminder: 8 people max are allowed at the house. We have beds for 8 people only. The couch is not a "bed". More than 8 people will incure an extra charge of $100 PER person, PER day.

*NOTE:
Prior approval is needed for pets, with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained. Pets may not be left unattended in the house at any time unless they are in a crate. Pets are NOT allowed on the BEDS, COUCHES and other Furniture.

All pet droppings MUST be cleaned up or there will be an additional charge through your deposit.

*NOTE:
There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING /VAPING/HOOKAH OR DRUGS ALLOWED in the house. Any evidence will be subject to a fine.

*Weather Related Refunds* - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.


This home is a smoke-free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.

SELF CHECK IN-I will provide you with a door code the day before check-in.

CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM (EASTERN)

PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE TIME CONSTRAINTS FOR THE CLEANING CREW. ANY DELAY AFTER 10:15 AM (EASTERN) WILL INCUR A $50 LATE FEE FOR EVERY 5 MINUTES.


For the safety of everyone, we have installed a RING doorbell at the front door to monitor the parking area. Please be assured that there are no other cameras inside the residence.

The house has stairs to the 3 bedrooms, bathrooms living room, kitchen area and a 4th bedroom on the lower floor as you enter the house.

We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella and a beach buggy and beach/pool towels.

We provide the initial roll of toilet paper, paper towels and a few trash bags. We also provide towels to shower and clean, fresh linen and bedding.

We have listed that we have a pack-and-play that can be used as a crib.

We have 2 baby gates in the upstairs closet for the safety of your small child.

We have a small, strap-on-baby highchair for your infant.

We have several board games for your enjoyment.

We do not provide the propane for the gas grill. If you use it, please be considerate to refill it for the next guests. Thank You!
