Great condo right on the Gull! Had everything we needed including coffee and counter top ice maker. Furnishings and bed were very comfortable and amenities exceeded our expectations. Jill was great to with. Mentioned that love bugs were visiting us on the upper deck and the next day they didn't come back.

Wonderful R & R

Loved being able to listen to the waves! Made for such a calm and relaxing experience. You actually felt like you were on your cruise ship balcony because the Gulf of Mexico was so close by. Very soothing!The area was very peaceful and quiet. Probably a bit busier in the peak summer time.

Spring break getaway

Beautiful with stunning views! The location is perfect and I got to watch the sunrise from one bedroom and the sunset from another each day. Fabulous hosts that thought of everything we could have needed.

Great home!

Lovely property that is not just beachfront. It really seems as if it is part of the Ocean. Very clean and well stocked. Pac-Man game is a nice touch. Be sure to check out Weber’s for great donuts!

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay! We loved how close we were to the beach. We can’t go on enough about how amazing it is that it is not crowded in the area! The condo We had a mishap with the washer/dryer while we were there and the host went above and beyond to make sure it went as smoothly as possible.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

We had a very nice relaxing time here. Pictures are accurate! Felt almost like we were on a boat with water being so close! Very clean and decorated so cute! Our dog had fun too! Beautiful sunsets! Owners were a great host! Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Fabulous place and location!

We had a fabulous stay! Jill has truly thought of everything when preparing for visitors. There were kids plates and silverware, beach towels, beach chairs and so much more. Their listing and description of their property is very accurate. You truly cannot stay closer to the ocean. The beach access is steps away! We will be back!

Feels like we found a secret hideaway. We loved the place on the Cape and the “crowd less” beaches. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing missing on the Cape was an ice cream store with homemade ice cream! Definitely a treasure!

Excellent Stay!

I was an absolute pleasure staying here for our week at the beach. We have been coming to the Cape for over 10 years, and this was one of our best stays. Fine & Sandy was even better than described: the sound and view of the Gulf was unbelievable; beach access on the side was no problem; and that swing on the back porch was our daughter's favorite place! All amenities were wonderful, but could have used a few cleaning supplies for our week's stay - but not a real issueas Scallop Cove was a short walk away. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us!

Winter Break Escape

The property was just as described. It was perfect for our family of 3 plus the dog but could easily accommodate 2 couples with young children. The bunk room/game room was so fun. Cannot beat the location.

Fantastic Spot-Great Stay!

Beautifully furnished house (kitchen/dining had EVERYTHING we could have needed)! Awesome spot right on the beach - walked every day. Enjoyed some local restaurants and shopping (such cute stores). Loved the furnishings-super clean. Very much appreciated the welcome wine & chocolates! My husband, dog and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. Enjoyed very relaxing times on the balconies - and hearing the waves was so soothing. Highly recommend and we cannot wait to return for our next stay!

Wonderful stay

This was the first time I had visited this area. The area was very charming with it’s unique shops. The view was spectacular and it wasn’t crowded like other areas I have stayed in Florida.
