We had a wonderful time this past week. The house is great, spacious and great for families. The beach is out of this world almost like you're on your own private island. The property manager and the owners are very gracious and hands on and call you prior, while and after to Check in. The house itself was welcoming, clean and a beach vibe. It was the perfect vacation.

The house and view were amazing. Loved the updated, clean and spacious rooms, the fact it had everything and more that we needed, the awesome hot tub and that there were ramps for easy access to the beach for my husband and elderly fur babies. My adult children enjoyed the paddle boards and my grand babies the beach toys and games. We also made use of the beach chairs and canopies. The sunrises and sunsets were breath taking and the view of the ocean and night sky left us in awe of God’s amazing creations..We had perfect weather every day. It was our best beach trip ever. The property manager and owners answered all our questions and made sure our experience here was enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you for making our beach trip special. We absolutely loved it here and will be back next year God willing.

Great week spent with Family ages 18 thru 87. Everyone had a wonderful time. Got to see baby sharks, dolphins, stingrays and plenty of crabs. Weather was perfect, everything you need and this home has it and if not just ask the property manager. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!

AMAZING

The house was perfect for all 7 of us including 3 children. The beach was so close and beautiful. Not crowded. And communication with the owners was so easy and they were always willing to help with anything we needed. We are looking forward to returning!

The house and location were wonderful!!! it was better than expected. The house had everything you needed and more including beach chairs, games, charcoal and firewood for bonfires! The views from the porch were the best. The property manager Jim was a great assest that all beach houses should have! We will be back!

On the bayou

Overall, we had a great time. We didn't realize the bayou would expand to the beach access for the house, but it wasn't terrible. Made our walks to the beach a little longer, but it provided some great fishing. It was quiet and clean. Easy check in process. All the beach gear was appreciated although some of the chairs need replacing. Beach towels were nice as well. First night, there was no hot water. Turns out the breaker had tripped, so we turned it back on and had no issues. Easy to communicate with the owners and concierge. We enjoyed the screened in porch. Love that it is pet friendly as well. We had several people with us that had never been to the beach before, and this was a great experience for them.

Best Family Outing

From the day we booked, the communication from the owner was swift and informative. The home is an amazing oasis filled with everything you need to make memories. Boredom doesn’t happen here….. just fun and relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with more than you will ever use. The recreation equipment is spot on. The property has a property manager who is on the ready to help you and answer questions. I feel so fortunate to have found this property.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

11 of us just stayed at this house for a week, ages ranging from 3 years old to adults and a dog. It was amazing. There was enough room for everyone with so many fun things to do. We spent everyday at the beach and loved it. There was so much room at the beach the kids spent a lot of time playing football or baseball. We spent nights crab hunting which was a lot of fun! This house has everything you need! So many toys to play with including the paddle boards and kayaks. Other than food you really don’t need to bring anything else. They have beach chairs and umbrellas. It was a very well stocked house. We loved it there and will be back again at some point.

Family vacation

We had a great time! Wonderful beach. Great food. Location of house was perfect. The house was nice. The only downside was that the paddle boards were unusable. One kayak was missing a plug. Having a maintenance person on call was wonderful!

Great getaway ocean front property!

The property was clean and comfortable. Everything you will need is there. Hot tub was perfect. Being beach front was the best. Great location and a great property. I honestly can not think of anything negative about this rental. Peter the owner is great!

Christmas at the Cape!

This property was absolutely wonderful! We celebrated Christmas and it felt so much like home. Our stay could not have been anymore perfect. The location was remote while remaining very close to town for grocery and restaurant trips. The beach is VERY private and dog friendly. The house itself was extremely dog friendly with a plethora of baby/dog gates and hardwood floors making it easy to clean. The rooms slept so many more than we needed in the best way! Perfect for kids as they have their own room with a super cool loft area. Every room had its own respective bathroom in or nearby. We cannot brag on this property enough. Very kid, dog, and family friendly. Will definitely be staying here again

Summer Vacation

First visit to the Port St Joe / Indian Pass area. The home owners went above and beyond in providing us with information about the area and even checked in on us during the week to make sure everything was going well. It is a beautiful home with great beach access.

Excellent vacation

Loved this vacation home. It was clean when we got there, had plenty of “things” to do but also had the beach pretty much all to ourselves. We had a great time. The owners and property manager with very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We would love to visit again. Port St Joe is a nice little town free from the hustle of the “party” towns.

Two Palms review

Great home right on the beach. Wonderful for families with children and/or dogs. Owner and property manager are both very accessible and helpful. On the second day of our stay, one of the air conditioning units broke. A new unit was installed the SAME day, and the property manager stayed till it was confirmed that everything was working. We had such a fun week with our children and grandchildren!

Great family house

The location of this Port St. Joe beach house simply cannot be beat. Steps to the sand, a beautiful beach with a very private feel. The house has everything you need for a comfortable getaway. We loved the screened porches with ample seating, and we took advantage of many of the beach amenities, especially the paddle boards and beach chairs. Though we didn’t use the hot tub, it was spacious and clean. The house offers easy indoor/outdoor living and really is perfect for a large family group. The house owner and the local house manager went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
