Beautiful, clean home with easy access to the beach. Quite neighborhood. No stairs which was highly needed for my elderly parents. Fully stocked garage with chairs, toys and large golf cart. Host was incredibly attentive and kind.

This home was terrific! We cook a lot and this kitchen was unbelievable, had everything we needed plus more. The beds were all comfortable and nicely decorated. The porches were great and comfortable. Chelsea was wonderful to work with, great communication and offered information in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was immaculate, checkout easy, unlike other stays where the require you to wash your towels, strip beds and haul garbage cans to the street. Chelsea was just fabulous, a perfect host! Communication was simple and replies almost immediate. The community was centrally located making it possible to explore surrounding areas. It was the most relaxing and enjoyable stay during my six week coastal trip! I will most definitely return in years to come!

Chelsea was very welcoming and wanted to make sure that we had the best time. When I contacted her about a few issues that were definitely our fault, she was very understanding. The home was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels! There were many nice amenities… we especially liked the golf cart to get to the beach. If we ever get back to Port St Joe, I will definitely look to stay here again.

We thought it would be nice to try something different for Thanksgiving, so we decided to stay here. The home is beautiful, and the amenities added a lot of treasured memories. We were a little concerned when we discovered the golf cart had a flat tire, but the owners found us a cart, at their expense, on Thanksgiving Day to use while we were there. We are already thinking of when we can come back and rent the same place.

This property was outstanding. The home is just lovely. It is spotless and so tastefully decorated with neutral coastal colors. The Host provided everything here you could possibly want or need. Windmark is a great place to stay and we enjoyed the golf cart daily to get the the Village and the Beach. I would highly recommend staying again and again.

This property was pristine!! So clean I had no worries letting my baby crawl around the floor. The house is just as beautiful in person as it is in the listing. The space is cozy yet big enough our large family could spread out. There was everything you could imagine needing already there. Spices, dish detergent, hand soap, more towels, hand towels and wash clothes than I could count, beach towels, beach toys, bikes, toys for the kids to play with both indoor and out literally everything. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed to cook and we cooked all our meals except 2 for the whole week. I could go on and on about how wonderful this house was . Also when we ran into a little snag the owner was easy to get a hold of and she quickly sent someone over to resolve the issue. It was truly a wonderful experience and a relaxing vacation.

Our stay was fantastic! This home is beautifully appointed and had everything we could need! The beds were so comfortable that I had to message Chelsea to ask where she bought the mattresses! The golf cart was a great perk and allowed us the freedom to go from the beach to the pool(s) and back! There were several houses being constructed in the neighborhood, but the noise wasn’t bad at all! In fact, we really didn’t even notice. If you have little kids, you’ll find everything you need- even a high chair! Chelsea was super responsive and so friendly! 10/10 for sure!!!! On Tuesday, we were the only ones on the beach for about 2 hours! We didn’t have to wait long for restaurants - even in downtown Port St. Joe! We hope to come back to Port St. Joe and we would love to stay here again! It was a great, relaxing vacation!

Family Vacation 2025

This house was wonderful and Chelsea was available when needed! Great timely communication. I wish I would have read the description better on the house, there was so many things we wouldn’t have had to pack. There was beach chairs, umbrellas, a small backpack cooler, paddle boards, sand toys, mega jenga, cornhole boards, basketball game, bikes for adults, scooters for the little kids, a small bike for the kids. Our family was pleased with the stay there. 10/10 best place we have rented for a family vacation!
